French drain installed with no improvment in drainage. "second phase" of repair was proposed to be another $3000 with an "85% chance or better" of solving the problem. Had another company come evaluate. Within about 40 min they discovered all the water from the backyard was draining to a pluged pop-up drain that came up next to the french drain that had been installed. When the pop-up was cleared, instead of draining through the french drain, it drained to a second popup drain near the mail box which Aaron had covered with sod. The new company removed about 80% of the original work and fixed the drainage issue for less then what Aaron was quoting for "phase II". When I let him know we were hiring the other company and sent him pictures of the mistakes the other company had discovered, his response was "glad you got this handled quickly".

The crews are excellent. They show up on time every week and keep our yard looking great. The Christmas lights service is excellent. Well Done uses only led lights which saves us on our electric bill. Our lights are cleaned and stored for us after the holiday season and the crew always makes certain that they are in good working order. The company owner, Aaron Weldon, is easy to contact via email and he has always been very responsive to my requests. $170/month for weekly yard maintenance $500 Annual Christmas light install and tear down (after initial purchase of light sets)

The lawn service is done well and promptly. Aaron and his crew are terrific, friendly and extremely helpful to my questions and concerns. I truly enjoy working with them.
I had Holiday lights put up for Christmas and they look amazing!! I was so pleased with them. They have honestly been very patient with my terrible work schedule and hours and consistently find ways to coordinate with me. I cannot say enough good things about how much a pleasure they are to work with.
I am looking forward to my spring projects which will be a major undertaking but am even planning more past that!! I have seen other work they have performed for customers and it is was very impressive!!

We began this project in June and had an awful experience with a previous contractor. He left the job unfinished and our faith in contractors was at all time low. We found Aaron Weldon and team thru Angie's list and they have been first rate all the way. Extremely responsive. Showed up when they said they would and did a great job of not only doing the work asked, but provided great solutions to our problems that we hadn't even thought of. We will continue to use Well Done Landscaping for other projects. My faith in people being honest and doing things right has been restored.

In and out pretty quickly and do a fairly decent job. I think I have a much larger yard than most with very thick grass, its not that easy to manage on just a weekly basis. Owner pays attention to the little things and works to make his customers happy. Overall nice work.

Aaron did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it! My yard had become a horrible and embarrassing eye sore. It had the bones to be great again, but it needed some intense work. Aaron came in with his crew and knocked the job out in a day.
The most important thing to know about his work is that he truly cares about the service he provides. I did not have to wait for him to do the job. I did not have to wonder if and when he would show up. I did not have to do anything to correct any mistakes or omissions. He did everything he said he would do, and he got it done in an extremely timely manner.
I gave him a and quot;Band quot; on the price after a great deal of thought because he is significantly more expensive than many of his competitors. That being said, he can ask that sort of price because his work is that much better than his competitors. I want potential future customers to understand that you may get quoted a higher price than you are expecting. However, you should know that he is 100% worth that added expense.

They are locale, they are cheep, if I need anything he knows someone that can do it for Me. I needed gutters and he knew someone that could do it. He does every thing even Christmas lights..
