All the men who have come here have been great!! We have used Truly Nolan for 20 years.

They do a great job and if you find anything after they leave they return in a very prompt manner . We are very pleased with there service and there customer service.

Everyone I dealt with was always friendly, professional, and courteous. This was true of office or field personnel. They were always on time, I first called them out for a termite and mouse issue. They inspected the house and made recommendations. We had a contract with Truly Nolan for about 5 years and were completely satisfied the entire time. We no longer use them because we sold the house and moved. I highly recommend their services.

Truly nolen was hired to get rid of my ant problem. They had to come out approximately 8 times to handle that. In the course of a year service, they ‘forgot’ about two Appointments. After the contract ended, they tried to send people to the home on two occasions because they didn’t realize my contract ended.

They call ahead of time to set the appointment as well as the day of service. I also requested they spray 2 large shrubs for spider mites. They’ve been diligent about avoiding my koi pond so I trust them to be careful

We could not ask for better service. From the office workers to the techs, everyone is very friendly and professional. They really want to do a good job for you.

I pay monthly for quarterly visits as well as the ability to call whenever I feel like I want them to come out.

they show up on time every quarter and treat the yard with reptile friendly pesticides. no bug probs. lizards, garden snakes, toads, are happy and we don't have bugs. good service.

On Sat., Nov. 17th, I heard a loud crash inside my fireplace which has glass doors across the opening. Inspection revealed a squirrel had fallen down the chiminey. It was later revealed that the squirrel had pushed aside the hardware cloth that surrounded the space between the chimney cap and the top of the chimney and fallen into the fireplace. As I had used Truly Nolen in the past for pest control, I located their ad in the yellow pages and placed a call to them. 'James' said they charged a flat $250.00 for catching rodents in a house. He agreed to come out asap that same day after I requested he do so. He took all safety precautions, asked me to go into the other room before he opened the glass doors and attempted to catch the squirrel. He spent about an hour trying to catch the squirrel, but was unable to do so. Eventually, he placed the cardboard box inside the fireplace with the glue traps as described above. The next morning while there was patches of fur attached to the glue traps, the squirrel seemed to either have gotten back out the chimney or was hiding on top of the firebox, but wasn't in plain sight. James came again Sunday, Monday and Tuesday mornings and checked the traps, but there was no evidence of the squirrel. We assumed the squirrel was gone but had not been removed by James. After a complete inspection of the roof and the attic, it was agreed that for an additional $250.00, the company would send out another tech to make the needed repairs by replacing the hardware cloth and closing up any cracks or crevices in and about the house. Titus, the technician who did the work, was very professional and personable. He explained in detail what he was going to do, he always called before he came to the house and was always on time. In addition, he was professionally dressed and wore shoe covers whenever he entered my home. After the initial repair work and setting the traps in the attic, he came back for follow-up inspections four separate times, the last being on 10 Dec. The additional fee of $250.00 includes a follow-up with the company should the need arise for me to call them out between now and the next twelve months. Although, technically, the company did not remove the squirrel from the house, they apparently managed to run it off. I wouldn't hesitate to call Truly Nolan again.
