I will use Tout Construction again.

I contacted numerous contractors through Angie's list to repair/replace our brick mail box. In my search through Angie's List, I visited the website of Tout Construction Services and sent an inquiry via the Tout site. Within less than one hour, I received an email in return stating that Mr. Archie Tepfer, the masonry contractor for Tout Construction Services, would be in contact the following morning (as it was around 7:30 PM). A vehicle had apparently run into our mail box, severing the box into two pieces: one intact still affixed to the base/foundation, and another larger portion in one piece but lying on the ground. Most contractors wanted to completely rebuild the mail box from scratch even though the box was completely intact but in two pieces. Ultimately, I was looking for someone to think and quot;outside the boxand quot; and provide a solution instead of telling me what and quot;must be done.and quot; Some contractors suggested that they had to rebuild the mail box due to liability reasons or as a result of the fact that the larger portion of the box lying on the ground was too heavy to be lifted and placed on the piece attached to the base. Mr. Tepfer suggested that the larger piece could be cut into two and then the two sections placed on the base. He and his crew arrived when promised and completed the project in less than 45 minutes. In addition to putting the mail box back together, the masonry contractors leveled the base/foundation and cleaned up all excess mortar. Upon completion of their work, the mail box was completely level from all vantage points. I would highly recommend Tout Construction Services and Tepfer Masonry.

First thing I did was to look on Angie's list online. I contacted Mr. Tout and he arrived at our home within an hour. He gave us an estimate and said he would return the following day and repair the mailbox from the ground up. He and his workers cleaned up the debris and by the next afternoon we had a new stone mailbox...even better than before. I strongly recommend their services. Nice and courteous and very prompt and the price was good as well for the amount of work to be done.

Workmen were skilled and efficient. Upper third of masonary mailbox was rebuilt to accommodate a larger box. Resulting work was excellent.

I woke up last Saturday (3/17) to discover someone has knocked over my mailbox. It was very upsetting! Anyway, I am a new member to Angie's List and decided to find a mailbox repair person on this service. I looked through several and discovered Tout Construction was close. I called and Mr. Tout sent a very nice man (Archie) over on Friday to look the situation over. Archie told me he thought him and his crew could fix it. He was very professional and told me how they would fix it. Promptly, on Saturday morning Archie arrived with his guys. They pretty much had to start from scratch, deconstruct everything, and put it all back together. They worked diligently for a few hours putting it all back together piece by piece. I am so happy I called Tout Construction and had Archie on my job! My mailbox is once again beautiful!! Archie and his men not only fixed the mailbox but stacked the left over brick in a spot of my choice, cleaned up everything, and swept the driveway. Job well done!

The first bid that I got from a local company was outrageous to say the least. Not really knowing who to trust, I decided to give Angie's List a try. Thirty minutes after joining I called Tout Construction Company and within 30 minutes someone got back to me and set an appointment. They showed up on time did a really nice job on my mailbox. They were friendly and the price was right ($100 less than my original bid).

We wanted a brick mailbox built. We owned the brick and received a quote from this co. I called and they came the same day and built out mailbox. They did a great job. Very nice and they cleaned up all the mess. I would recommend them to anyone.

We also had a problem with our roof. They came out at our convenience. They were great. Their work was really good. We really liked them.

They came out to take a look at the leak and fixed it. They were there for about an hour. We spent $65, which was their hourly rate. I would use them in the future, if necessary.
