The Sovereign Apartments

I moved in last summer and immediately starting having issues with the AC. The apartment would reach mid to high 80’s and I have been putting in work orders ever since to have it fixed and they have yet to do so. In the winter my apartment would drop down to 54 because the heater wasn’t working. My apartment has been in the 80’s since last month and still to this day has NOT been fixed. I am completely in shock at the type of service I have been receiving here. The manager continues to tell me that there is nothing wrong with my AC unit and there is nothing else they can do. He told me he expects his residents to live in 20 degrees below the outside temperature.... so if it’s 104 outside I’m expected to live in an apartment that’s 84 degrees??!?! They claim to be “LUXURY” apartments but their “solution” was to put in a WINDOW UNIT that was apparently going to cool the whole apartment but ended up making it worse. I have escalated the issue but even that did not do anything. They don’t dare give you any contact information so it’s extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone here and when you put in an emergency order the manager tells you this is not an emergency. 🚫THEY DO NOT GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THEIR RESIDENTS AND I WOULD REALLY THINK TWICE ABOUT RENTING HERE🚫
