"This client paid for a one-day quick service, when he asked for the estimate he said "it's just a garage". We even fixed and re-tapped a few areas that were not included. The cracks and holes were filled. Regarding the paint, he had a last-minute idea of adding glitter sparkles in the paint, which we did for him. We did as he pleased, he did not mention we did not charge him for the laundry room paint. We painted his trim and shelves from a bright green color to white by the cost without a profit just to please him. Regarding the garage door, it was unplugged to be able to do the paint job, there was nothing else done to the garage door. This is one of those clients that no matter what we do to please, it is not enough. Alex did a walk through with this client at the end of the service and he stated that everything was fine, he approved of the job that was done.
