Chad helped with a remodel to the front of my home. He was great from start to finish. I wanted to give the HOME an updated look on my 2 story home in a picky gated community--- Chad did such a good job that it looked like the house was built that way--- didn't look like an "update" or tacky "add on"... super Happy-- Ann Pruitt -- Keller, Texas 76248

made two visits to our house to understand what we wanted. we asked him about the plants and he was very understanding and took all the time we needed. he was also willing to work with the sprinkler company we picked out (Moore Sprinklers) they informed me that he would start on Tuesday and that it might take 3 days to complete the job. Steve suggested more plants to fill in the extended bed we had him put into the design after the drawings we completed and need to have him come back with additional grass to fill in some more bald spots.  He was very understanding of everything we wanted

Be wary..once he has your money you will never hear from them again.

The proposed cost for the job was much higher than anticipated, but it was a fair estimate nonetheless.  Furthermore, the gentleman put forth a good effort and did a quality job with the designs.

Purchased a Big Deal coupon for a kitchen design.  A decent plan was provided, but the price to execute the plan too high and we didn't use the contactor.

Swanson Renovation presented me with a good design, but utimately I couldn't afford the design that developed.

It went well. They were really nice. They came out and gave me some really nice drawings. The estimate was a bit more than we were wanting to spend.

Replaced big front window, and 2 smaller windows.

Initial visit went fine.  4 months later I get a call saying they are running late on getting the design back.  That was almost 6 months ago and I never heard from them again.  I want my money back.

The work was outstanding.  I am a bit p***** with all of these people providing negative feedback that never used the service.  It appears that everyone that uses Chad is pleased.  Chad was great, his onsite project manager was great.  With this large of a project, little things will go wrong.  Seeing Carter on sight in the morning and afternoon, everything was always addressed with a very customer first attitude. I would love to use them again.....but....they already did everything.

Mr. Swanson seemed very competent when he was gathering information from be about what types of things I would like in the new bathroom. He seems to have good innovative ideas. He stated at that time that he was quite busy as a result of the "Big Deal" that I had purchased and since I was in no hurry to get the work done on my bathroom I told him not to rush with the plan.
Another individual from Swanson Renovations called me a couple of months later to tell me he would be working on my plan.
Since then, I have heard nothing from anyone at Swanson's.
I have tried both by phone and email to contact them for about 3 weeks but have received no reply.
I am sorry to put in negative comments since I think they would do good work and give me a well designed plan but since I can't get in touch with them I really don't know what else to do.

We would highly recommend Chad and his team.  Chad listened carefully to what we wanted and offered suggestions on both the design and functionality of our kitchen.  Before we started, he took us to several homes where we were able to see his work first hand and get ideas about how we wanted our finished kitchen to look.
He worked tirelessly throughout the renovation to make sure we were pleased with every aspect of the project.  He was involved at every step of the way--from initial design to tear-out to installation.  He was easy to reach by phone and was on the worksite daily.  He was willing to accommodate our work schedules by meeting with us after hours and on week-ends to discuss plans and pick out materials.   
One of our favorite features of our new kitchen is a custom island that Chad designed and created for us.  The cabinetry is elegant and highly functional.  It has a bookshelf, 4 spice cabinets, and a built-in bread drawer.  
We also like the treatment that he did on our existing cabinets--an antique white with a glaze.  It makes our kitchen look more spacious and light.  

It was fine and they did a very good job. There were no extra charges because we went ahead and did the renovations with them. They were punctual and there was always somebody here doing the things that they said they were going to do. They were very responsible and they cleaned up very well.

They're great. There's nothing negative I can say about Chad Swanson. In my book, his team is rated top can. Their workmanship is the best. His prices were beyond reasonable.

Chad was wonderful helping me through the design process. His 3D renderings showed me he understood my vision and made the process much easier for us. He also has an inside decorator working for him who visits your home, helps with design, color, tile, lighting choices.  She will also visit vendors with you to pick out your design choices.

There were no additional charges outside the big deal amount. They were good!

Swanson Renovations was very professional and did fantastic work. Probably not the cheapest company to go with, but fairly priced and their work speaks for itself. I would recommend them again to anyone who needs contract work done.
