+ -1 moreNot well. I requested an appointment for a Su Casa rep to come to our house to give us an estimate on refinishing hardwood floors. The appointment was set up for Saturday, July 29th at 8:30am. My husband got a call around 8:35 advising that they were running a bit late and would be at our house around 9:00am. That was the last contact we had with this company. They did not make it to our house nor did they make a followup call to advise they were not coming after all.
Description of Work: I was requesting a quote on refinishing our hardwood floors.

Description of Work: Removed carpeting in our family room and installed oak flooring. I was impressed not only with the quality of the flooring but they also "undercut" the brick fireplace so that there was a smooth transition. His final cost was right on with the estimate despite the fact he had to order a higher price flooring material because the one we originally agreed to was discontinued. | |Daniel Herrera was very professional and kept us informed from start to finish.

+ -1 moreI was a no go. I Su Casa as it was a loca business. When I received no call from my e-mail inquiry, I called them twice and left voice mail. Since I received no responses, I found another provider, who did a great job for us. Unacceptable performance on this one. Hope they are better than this normally!

The were timely, friendly did quality work, cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day, and worked well with the cabinet installers and painters that they had never had contact with before. The did the work in the timely we requested and we love our new shower and the new back splash in the kitchen. Friends who have seen the work they did are already planning on calling them to do work for them. I highly recommend Daniel and his team!
Description of Work: Daniel and his team designed and installed shower and kitchen tile. We provided the tile and they did the demolition and installation.

Each employee is skilled within their craft and very knowledgeable about their product. We love our floors! This company gave our home a brand new look and we are so excited to be enjoying our new floors.
Description of Work: We hired Su Casa Custom Hardwood and Tile to replace our carpets with hand scraped wood floors. We are completely satisfied with their service. The installers are very professional, polite, and accommodating to our family. We strongly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to upgrade their floors to a high level quality tile or hardwood floor with fair pricing. We are very satisfied and we will definitely use them when we are ready to upgrade our kitchen backsplash and our master bathroom.

+ -1 moreNot happy with detail of work that should have been completed. Should have started the base line of the tile in the shower correctly by measuring out the square foot of the show. Put a chalk line where the base board would start. Should have grouted the toilet area and trimmed the top of the tile. Again I have photos.
Description of Work: Daniel was polite. Him and his crew used my tools which I found unprofesional. The services was not completed. My toilet was not grouted around where they tiled around the toilet. The base tile for the shower is off which causes the door molding to not fit right. I found some tools missing after the job. Did not like my doors being kept open all allowing flies to over come the house. We have asthma and the crew did not make sure the doors were closed during the time they worked on the house. The crew would did not allow me to keep tiles that I paid for which was cut out for and odd tile. (Left tile from the 13x13 tile. I have taken digital photos of the work and feel I was lied to about the tile base not being straight. Now I have to figure out how to fix the problem that contractor would have spotted if he had measured correctly allowing of the right demisision of the bottom door molding. I have photos of the work if you would like to see the quality. My wife call Daniel and HE YELLED AT MY WIFE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

+ -1 moreStarted and finished as scheduled. Clean up sufficient. Adjusted quoted price for materials we provided. Very professional. The floor looks beautiful. This is the third time we've used this company, and have been pleased with the work on each occassion.
