He was good and he did a good job. We spent about $150 on that service. He seemed to be very knowledgeable. We had a smell in the closet and he was very knowledgeable about what that could be. He did not think that the smell was from the carpet, but maybe a mouse in the wall that might have died. He put some stuff in the carpet and whatever he did to the carpet made it was fine afterward, so he may have put some odor neutralizer in there. He really seemed to know his business. He was very prompt, returned calls well, and got here on time. He was pretty quick and he did a really good job. The carpets dried relatively quickly. We only dealt with the one guy and he was responsive. I thought it was a little expensive for what he did and that was really all.

The quote for the carpets alone was fine. I was upsold upon arrival and extra charge for the pet stuff. I could have declined but opted to have it done. Service was quick.

A little difficult to get hold of them at first but scheduling was relatively easy. They gave me a window of 12 to 2 and showed up around 2:30. He finally called me to tell me he was running a little late around 2 p.m. I had already figured out he was late. He did a pretty good job and was professional and courteous. My only suggestion would be is to keep the clients up to date on the schedule. There can always be a difficult stain to remove or something else that throws you behind schedule but it is no excuse not to call and say when you will be coming.

They were fine. They got the service done quickly. They did a good job and the price was reasonable.

Cleaned the carpets. They don't normally move furniture. I did move my sofa and got a high traffic area cleaned in that spot. Asked for my carpets in my autombile cleaned and they charged and add on fee for that. I was well pleased.

These guys were great from start to finish! I called their number off of a truck I saw in my neighborhood. I really needed my carpet cleaned because I had just gotten a new puppy. Their price was incredibly affordable, in fact I was a little nervous about the price. I am a price savvy shopper, but I believe that the cheapest is very rarely the best. I have never paid less than $150.00 for a whole house carpet cleaning and this company only charged $75.00 so I was nervous. However, I decided to go ahead and give them a shot and I am so glad that I did. I canceled my first appointment due to a work trip on very short notice and they happily rescheduled me. The technician was perfectly on time and completed the work quickly. I paid an extra $20.00 for an odor neutralizer for the puppy spots. My carpet looks great! I am super excited because their reasonable price will allow me to have my carpets cleaned more often!
