What a fun bunch to work with! Graham came out to inspect what they had to work with. He went over their fees and services. He sent Lisa out a couple of days later. We had to replace all of the filter grids. Lisa knows what she's doing. She's has tips and pointers that will help in the long run. With all the trees I have, clean the filter 2x a year and try to back flush monthly. Oh, and don't use so much D.E. :)

Graham and Betsy (husband and wife) always makes sure everything is done exactly as it should be any time I have had a problem with my equipment. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it!
