They tried to up sell to do an annual package for about $300. The $89 big deal purchase through Angie's List was for only one visit. They used a bait station which takes a few days for them to die. I've had this problem in the past where I used a provider and they used something that made them need fresh air and they went outside. This providers method the mice died in the house and the smell was terrible. They did not explain this would happen.

Very professional and thorough. This area gets pretty nasty in the late summer with bugs (mosquitoes in particular) and the service provided kept them down to a dull roar.

That service turned out well. Scheduling was easy. I was not here when they did the treatment. They did give free traps for termites and they set those around the home. In returned I purchased a monthly treatment from them for pest control.

The service turned out really well. I used them twice. They killed the mosquitoes. The first time they killed it longer than the second time. The first time they killed beyond what they had predicted what would be dead. It was professionally done, they did the job that was needed and it was very successful.

Used to not be able to be on the paito especially around dusk due to mosquitos and after they sprayed it greatly diminished the problem. .They were on schedule and the service provided was apparenly effective.

I wasn't that impressed. The service didn't seem to last long. They were nice, but I felt that they guy was a little pushy to get me to sign up for a year contract. I didn't feel that was professional. I wouldn't use them again because I know another company who does a better job.

I was not present when they were at my house. i left my gate to the backyard opened so they could go inside the back yard. They say the spray lasts for about 3 + weeks. my husband is highly sensitive to mosquitos. He saw a significant reduction in mosquito bites during the first weeks.

This worked out well. The technician showed up on time and did the treatment. She did everything listed in the deal. She sprayed the treatment around the house. Since the spray, I could tell there were not more mosquitoes, but not necessarily less. She stated the treatment would only work for about a month. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

We will not engage this company again. The treatment was completely ineffective. The service person did not spray properly. She missed most of the bushes. She only spent 3 minutes to spray the front and backyard.

I asked on the phone if Wasp nests, mud daubers, etc...were covered (as they weren't excluded in the deal). They said it wouldn't be covered, but after reviewing the Deal... they did honor that. Appointment scheduling was easy. As for the actual experience... a young pleasant lady showed up on time. First thing she did was ask me to sign onto an annual service plan...offering incentives. I declined. She told me what she was going to do (exterior and then interior) and asked if I had any particular issues. We have a new home and said no major issues, except I did mention to her that we had some mud dauber nests and pointed them out, and some issues with spiders. As for the treatment...for the exterior, she said the found fire ants on the exterior walls and that she treated them. She said she took care of the mud dauber nests ...but I just noticed yesterday the one at my front door which I pointed out to her is still there. Other than that..she treated the edges of the house. I asked her about the spiders in the upper corners of higher ceilings. She said her spray would not reach, but then she offered to remove the cobwebs with some type of extension rod. She neglected to do that. Also, after she said she was finished...I had to remind her to do the garage and mud room...which she forgot. Overall...OK experience. Just think the job should have been more thorough without my having to keep on top of the treatment.
