They tried to up sell to do an annual package for about $300. The $89 big deal purchase through Angie's List was for only one visit. They used a bait station which takes a few days for them to die. I've had this problem in the past where I used a provider and they used something that made them need fresh air and they went outside. This providers method the mice died in the house and the smell was terrible. They did not explain this would happen.

It worked out just fine. They came out when they said they would and did the job. So I have no complaints.

They were responsive to me and they came out on time for the appointment. They came with masks on and sprayed the yard. I was a little scared to go out in the yard and breathe in the air. The treatment did not keep away the mosquito, unfortunately.

They were on time, and the spray lasted well. We have a regular pest control specialist however,but this Big Deal worked out well for us.
