I spoke with the owner regarding purchasing and installing a fireplace. He came to my home to to measure so he could give me an estimate. He was supposed to get back to me within a couple of days with the cost but he never called. I attempted to contact him but phone would go to voice mail so i left several messages. I did not get a response. Finally after numerous attempts he called me back with an outrageous estimate that he said he wasn't sure if this was 100% correct because he didn't have the paperwork in front of him. I asked him to call me with the correct price and never heard from him again. The owner seems like his business is a joke and doesn't take it very serious. I would never do any business with this company for the lack of professionalism and interest in their clients.
Description of Work: I requested a quote for a fireplace purchase and installation.
