Southern Painting gave us an unbelievable attention to detail and making sure our needs were being met, from recommending contrasting colors, to what looks the best in our neighborhood. The crew that painted our house was very polite, hard working and really seemed to enjoy their work, and that’s an attribute not seen very often. They painted our house and I was so surprised that there was “No overspray” anywhere. Their high level of skill would make them my first choice always, you can’t go wrong with this company. Southern Painting will be our go to company for all of our painting needs. From the estimate to payment you will not be surprised. We would do more that highly recommend...we would say hire them!!!

Supervisor arrived first and reviewed the job. He introduced the crew chief of four man crew. They masked and painted walls on first day and returned the next day and painted the trim. They cleaned up well. The quality of the work was excellent and I would hire them again.

They were all "A"s, except for maybe the price which was a "B".
It was a two story house and was predominantly painted siding. They painted all of the siding, all of the trim and they also did some ceiling work on the interior to get the house sold.
They communicated well and I would use them again in the future.

I called 3 vendors to quote project and asked each why they were suggesting the paint they proposed for North Texas and time of year for applying paint and longevity . I then call the manufactures of the paint and asked the same question. Southern Paint was the only one that was spot on with the manufacture. We were changing color of the House and Southern Paint suggest a test and came out and performed the test. The crew was very profession and kept the job site clean. 2 years later and the house still looks like it was just painted. Southern Paint was a little more then the other two but in this case I got what I paid for and am very happy with the job. The other thing to note is my trim was done with 5 1/2 wood which is very hard to find. They found it and replaced all my rotten trim. You have to look very hard to see where the cutouts were. Again a very good Professional job

It went very well. It was a huge job, but their crews worked steadily. This is a 3600 square foot house, and every room, all the bathrooms, and 2 stairways were painted. They were careful, and it was completely comfortable to have them all over the house. We are very happy with the results, and I would recommend the company to friends.

SP was great. They completed the job quickly and it looks great! Brant gave us a fair price right off the bat, no fuss or haggling. I did get 1 slightly lower bid while shopping around but that estimator was kind of sketchy and vague on details. SP gave us detailed info up front with an itemized estimate of what needed to be repaired (ie replacing rotted fascia boards) and exactly what was to be done. The crew came on time and did the job within 2 days (all agreed on up front). They were very professional, friendly, and actually left my yard a bit cleaner than they found it. The paint job looks great and I would definitely recommend to anyone that asks.

After a bad experience 7 years ago I was hesitant about having the trim painted again. I am happy to report I voiced all my concerns and I was assured this time would go better. The team held true to the salesman's word- even pointing out previous issues that the last painters left- i.e. paint on windows because they did not paper over windows- showing me that they would be covering windows and everything that wasn't supposed to be painted. Small areas were handpainted to ensure coverage. The prep work was detailed and they took care to apply caulk evenly and thoroughly along every crack and seam. My iron gate that had be left with paint speckles from previous contractors was cleaned up- rust spots sanded treated and painted. The work crew was curtious. Letting me know when doors would be open and closed so I could put up dogs to ensure they did not run off.

Two story 3000 sq ft home with difficult 18 ft ceilings and arches. You get what you pay for. If you want quality paint contractor with exceptional customer service and communication......hire Southern Painting. Call Rich Raede 817-366-9055

Other than a delayed start by a day due to their apparent problem with their scheduling staff, work was done efficiently and to a high standard. The foreman of the crew seemed experienced in the work performed and the crew was well coordinated and efficient in their work. The overall result was an excellent looking paint job.

Fast and friendly estimate with a professional that answered all my questions. On time for the job and completed early,no mess left just a great paint job ! Was so professional, on time and listened to what I wanted. His crew was so professional, cleaned up before leaving and answered all my questions. Carpentry was excellent where others had said they couldn't do it his crew fixed the issue and looks like new. Deffinatly will use them again when it comes time to paint the interior of my home. Price was well within reason for all the work accomplished. Job was completed in two days. Outstanding!!!
