Samantha Springs

It was good. The pricing was good. Just one person came out to work on the water heater. It took him about an hour.

It went very good.

After we agreed on a price he brought in 3 bottles. We took out our own testing equipment (T.D.S. meter, Salinity meter) and compared the Samantha Springs water to the Fort Worth municipal water supply coming from the sink. Both tested the same on that day... 223 ppm TDS , Salinity was 0.2 ppt. Testing an unopened bottle of Ozarka drinking water shows us a TDS of 27 ppm and Salinity of 0 ppt(typical of a good bottled water using reverse osmosis filters). Was not impressed by the lack of knowledge of our delivery driver who clearly over promised on the quality of the product he was trying to sell.

The professionals from Samantha Springs starting with Jordan the sales executive to Paul and Candice the technicians were knowledgeable, prompt, cheerful & courteous (they even disposed of the the junk in the garage for me). They kept the dirt on a tarp and completely and tidily replaced it afterward. I was very happy with their work as it was a clean install. I have already recommended Samantha Springs to my friends and family and wanted to share it here as well.

Jordan from sales was very detailed in what was going to be done for the 2 jobs. The technician arrived on time and did a very clean job. There was a slight issue with the existing cylinder, he improvised to make it work. All in all, a very clean job done.

They called when they were on their way. The were friendly and professional. They were patient with my inquisitive 4 year old. And they had the job done in 25 minutes! They even fixed a leak that we had created trying to put in the system ourselves! I would totally work with them again and I am so glad I found them!

It went really well. I love the way the water feels. Before I got the system I had bought a really nice new bronze shower head.. Within a couple of weeks it was gunked up with white hard water scale. After I got the whole house water treatment system, I replaced the shower head again. To this day, there is not a one water spot on it. After the crew installed the system they cleaned up the yard really well too. I am very happy with my experience. They did a great job.

Jordan was a pleasure to work with, very responsive. No pushy sales tactics, and he knew who the boss was (i.e. my wife). The installation went off without any issues, and because of the location of the main water supply and the size of the garage, the system was buried in the front yard. Even without the cosmetic stone cover it was very hard to see the system. My wife and I are VERY Happy with the results!

They came over to my home, tested my water, and showed me all of the stuff that was in my water. I was really surprised how dirty the water was. Then they showed me how their system worked, and even did a demonstration. I decided to go with them because they offered a lifetime guarantee. They scheduled to install the water system later that week. The installer showed up with the system, and had everything up and running in about 4 hours or so. They even filled up the tank with salt for free, which was really nice.

Excellent experience from the initial contact where we scheduled the water testing at my house, to the sales process and the installation. The attention to detail on my installation was amazing. Samantha Springs would settle for nothing short of perfect. They take pride in their work and it is obvious!
