Jerry Lopez showed up as he said and completely removed my damaged walkway and even poured and finished the new walkway in the same day. He also filled in an expansion joint with a compound that I requested. Jerry was there and did much of the work himself. I paid him and he returned the next day to add an additional layer of compound on the expansion joint as promised. I required a pebble finish to match my existing porch and driveway and he did so exactly as the existing concrete was finished.

Gerry gave me an estimate that he stuck to 100%, and for the amount of work the price was reasonable. They had to cut the old concrete and remove it, regrade and frame the new approach, and pour new concrete - about 12 yards. They cut and excavated on Tue, graded and framed on Wed, got inspections from the city on Thu - made a few requested changes - and poured on Friday. By Monday night we were using it again. Quite well done, and a fine job they did. This is the third time I've used Gerry, and he is a pleasure to work with, responsive, and does what he says he will do.
