RCR Tile

went like clockwork. the guy stayed late until the job was done. They were on time and did quality work.

We saw RCR tile on Angie's List and called for an estimate on tiling our master bathroom floor. Richard came right over and said he could start the job the next day. We bought the tile that night and Richard showed up on time, worked most of the day to remove tile in the toilet area and set the new tile. He came back the next day to grout. We love the tile and it came out looking great. Richard suggested a brickwork pattern that went opposite the doorway so you don't see long lines of grout or rows of tile as you look into the bathroom, but a staggered pattern. He set a nice narrow row at the closet entrance. The tile also met carpet at the bedroom and Richard had set the pieces of tile at the doorway and folded the carpet under to make a nice transition, but found the carpet seam was right there, so he pulled up the tiles and re-cut pieces a little larger, but still fitting the area, so the seam would not be a problem later. We are very happy with the final product!

Richard provided excellent service, all the way around! He was there right when he said he would be, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We would definitely use him again and refer others to him.

Project: Update kitchen and dining room We needed someone to pull off our existing kitchen backsplash, dining room and kitchen floor tile and to replace it with updated tile. Richard Reyes came out right away to provide us with an estimate. He was very personable and professional. He took measurements and listened to what we had in mind. Richard was able to offer several design suggestions that we had not thought of. His expertise and experience really show in his work. Throughout the construction process, he was very considerate and cleaned up each day. We felt very comfortable having Richard in our home. Our kitchen and dining room are now finished and we are so pleased with how the project turned out. It is truely a stunning and pinterest worthy kitchen! I would recommend Richard Reyes (RCR Tile) to anyone. He gave us a very fair price and provided us with outstanding quality! We will definitely be calling him again when it is time to remodel our bathroom.

I bought tile from Home Depot, but their installer, Cooper Flooring, could not fix the floor problem created from age of house and old tile. Richard just happened to be located very close to our house. I had an estimate the same day and worked started within the week. He corrected all the problems, added diagonal designs, and finished in record time, with a very reasonable price. His many years of experience really was highlighted on our kitchen floor.

He never showed up.

Everything was terrific and what I expect in service.Richard was actually my second estimate after the grout docotor and came in 50 percent cheaper. Richard identified the problem, the fix and gave options just as the grout docotor had. I scheduled an appointment with Richard for the following day. He showed up on time and even called to update his early arrival and asked if it was still a good time to fix the shower. I would recommend Richard for any tile work and plan on using his services in my new home.

Richard removed the old tile and laid new tile for over 600 sq.ft. in our home. Not only did he lay the new tile, but he took time to design an interesting layout to separate each area. The result was great! He had to do a lot of cutting and fitting but did not charge more for this. He responded promptly to our request to come out to give us an estimate and was able to begin work as soon as we had purchased the tile. He gave us several suggestions on tile size and layout which proved to be very helpful and led to a more beautiful floor. He is very creative and takes pride in what he does. I would not hesitate to recommend him or call on him again.

Good. I needed someone quickly to repair the hole created by the plumber and Richard responded. The shower was also in need of re-grouting, and Richard handled that as well. His standard price is $65. He charged a little more due to the poor condition, but it looks excellent. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and he did a thorough job. He also gave me some advice for caring for the tile/grout in the future. He cleaned up and did not leave a mess. He does all kinds of tile work, he's not limited to just kitchen/bathroom. This is the second time I've used Richard, and I've been pleased both times. In fact, the area where the plumber created the hole was an area that Richard had patched before, and the plumber asked who did the work and commented that they did a good job.
