Could not ask for a better experience! PDC gave us a very reasonable quote for our house, they installed them before the date promised, but after installation, My kid broke a pin on the shutters causing it not to work. (our fault) . They are coming out to replace this ASAP. I would highly recommend PDC for your window coverings.

Great experience and wonderful customer service. Answered all my questions and concerns and I never had to wait long for a call back or text response. It can take up to 8 weeks but the quality product you receive is well worth it. I will be going back to them for sure for a couple of other rooms. You won’t go wrong.

I have purchased plantation shutters twice from may and have been very satisfied.

We chose the blinds of the colour we liked. When he installed them, the quality was much worse than what we had chosen - the blinds were of a rough paper, and the cords were cheap plastic, which make a really unpleasant noise every time we use them. He shrugged it off. Unfortunatley we had already paid him , and recently arrived to the USA so we did not really know our way around. He gave us a lifetime guarantee for the cords. The curtains he first put in my son's bedroom were horrible - we got him to change them for us which he did so begrudgingly - and he then installed very nice curtains, but with cheap little hook for the walls. Now, the cord for one of the blinds broke about four weeks ago - he agreed to replace it but has since disappeared - I keep calling but he has suddenly vanished, doesn't answer the phone and I cannot contact him anywhere.
