Overall easy to work with and completed work as hired. Not 5 stars as I had to do street cleanup and debris cleanup in my yard. Would hire again for concrete work.

Felt we were working with a very honest and conscientious contractor. His carpentry sub was great. They totally redid our master bathroom. Its beautiful and we love the finished product. We will definitely hire them again for other projects in our home.

We contacted DFW Renovation Experts (Grapevine Texas) about remodeling our rent house which we had decided to update and sell. Bruce and his entire crew were highly efficient and professional in completing our entire renovation. Their quality workmanship, knowledge, efficiency and most importantly timeliness in completing the house's transformation resulted in nine showings the first three days on the market AND 5 offers at or above asking price first thing the fourth day. Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
You have to constantly call to find out what is going on. The project manager only came by for a check and when I bugged him about a problem. They said they were going to run the gas line around the outside of the foundation. They ran it through the foundation, which I found out later, was wrong. The stamped concrete was poorly done and the cost was too much. They did not build the walls correctly and now I can't enclose the rest of the patio.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
I had another company start my patio build and not finish it. I called Bruce and his team to come take a look. They had the old one down and new patio up in no time. They worked with me all the way on my build. When stuff needed correction it was done. You can't ask for than that. I would highly recommend them today and tomorrow. My patio is awesome and a great addition to my home. It's even better than what I expected.

They made a mess. Left concrete tailings where they cleaned their tools, left large patch (2x3') of dried concrete. Called owner and asked them to come clean it up and they never showed up.

"We had one of our subcontracting crews pour a patio slab. We were contacted stating the crew left a small pile of concrete on premise, after we had completed the work, walked the job and collected final payment. We advise the subcontractor and had the understanding it would be cleaned up. We had no other contact with the owner until this review posted and was suprised to his response. We contacted the owner to resolve, but were unable to do so."

These guys are the true meaning of professional. They not only provide an exceptional value but they handle the little things that always come up and never ask for any extra money. They built a fantastic tile roof extension and built in grill next to our pool. The work was spectacular and you could see these folks take a lot of pride in what they do. I would highly reccomend them.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
With great pleasure I write this letter of highest recommendation for DFW Renovation Experts. I needed a 1000 square foot detached guesthouse that would be used by my mother-in-law. The city regulations stipulated that all utilities had to be run from the main house. Furthermore, I asked that the house be made handicap accessible. From first contact through completion of the project, DFW Renovation Experts were a true pleasure to work with. They were professional, friendly, and highly proficient at their craft. They expertly handled all dealings with the city, handled my special requests for things like tankless water heaters and concrete ramps, and always kept me in the loop. If you are looking for a contractor, you will find none better than DFW Renovation Experts.
