Description of Work: Rented an apartment from PREMIV. Awful experience, start to finish. It took months to get maintenance done that was promised at move in. When it finally was done only part of the work committed to was done and that work was not done well. Generally unresponsive to communications. PREMIV does not seem to have the resources needed to service the apartments they rent. Many unreasonable charges on move-out. I cannot recommend that anyone use them.
