It went really well. Mark cares about the quality of his work and desires that the work be done right the first time. He worked hard from 9-5 each day he was here and made sure to clean up the mess as much as possible each day before he left. He completed all the tasks that we hired him for (listed above) to our satisfaction. He was also able to break down his original estimate of items I wanted to get taken care of into a subset of work that our budget would allow at this time. We would definitely use him again for other projects and would recommend him to friends. His communication was good and most items were communicated through e-mail or written documents which I appreciated because it protects both his company and us having expectations clearly defined up front so that no one is surprised at the end of the project.
