They were supposed to begin work at 8am on Sept 3rd. When they weren't there by 9am, I called our contact person who didn't know where they were, but said he would hunt them down. The workers finally showed up at 11am and worked until 3pm. (we never heard back from our contact person at the company that day to make sure they had ever showen up). We were told that they would finish everything in 1-2 days. The workers returned the next day, late again, but did work until after 5pm. Although the job was not completed when they left, the contact person did actually come out that afternoon to check on the progress of the job after we asked him to. Two workers came on Saturday to finish up a couple of things, but still did not complete everything. Our contact person said they would return on Monday (Labor Day) to finish the job. No one showed up, and after many tries we were able to reach our contact person who said they were not coming after all. *Notice it is always me doing to contacting and hunting people down...the contact person at the company seemed to have no clue as to what his workers were doing or how the job was going. I think they finally finished the patio roof and repairs on Wednesday, by this point I was so fed up I cancelled the rest of the planned project (although it took me 3-4 days to actually get someone from the company to call me back so I could tell them). Overall it was a frustrating and dissapointing experience and I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone!
