Pool and Spa Servicing
I hired this individual off of Craig's List because he lived near my home in Keller. He showed up and I paid him for a month's worth of services in advance. He cleaned my pool that day (a very poor cleaning job) and then about a week later called on the phone to tell me he had been at my house for about four hours that very morning to clean extensively and that I now owed him an additonal $400.00. I had been at my house all morning and nobody had cleaned my pool or been at my house. I told him we need to discuss his bill. He never showed up again and never gave me a refund.
