Our cleaning bid includes hand cleaning all window glass inside and outside with a non-residue high shine cleaner that is environmentally safe. You can reasonably expect your windows to remain clean up to 12 months on the inside and 6 months on the outside. Regular cleaning service plans for a discounted price are available. Glass replacement bids includes extraction and disposal of the damaged glass and installation of the new glass.

It took a few weeks to get these guys out to clean my windows on a house I recently purchased, but it was worth it after all was said and done. I tried to clean my own windows but they were so dirty I don't think they had been cleaned in the 20 years since the house was built! I tried three different products and none worked, so I still don't know how the Pane Doctor managed to get them all so clean - but it was worth the price.

Rick was extremely professional. He arrived actually a little early. This was the first time I hired someone to clean my windows, so I did a lot of research before hiring Pane Doctor. They cleaned both inside and outside windows, removed screens and cleaned them. My exterior doors also had glass and that was cleaned. I had rod iron on my front door that was extremely hard to unhitch to get to the glass, well they did it! They also cleaning the glass my french doors to my study....I did not expect that! I also had a shelf above the front door that required a tall ladder to get too. Needless to say, we don't get up there to clean. :( Rick offered to vaccum the shelf to remove the dust in addition to cleaning the window....Outstanding offer! I would definitely hire and recommend Pane Doctor. I plan on using them on a re-occurring basis. Thank you Pane Doctor! (sorry for the late post....but I had ensure I get this out there!)

Very diligent with window cleaning and only charges for gutters that need cleaning. Windows inside and out were spotless. Very professional and we were completely satisfied with their work.

The Pane Doctor has been cleaning our windows at least twice a year for 8 years. We live on the lake and our windows always have a lot of cobwebs as well as being dirty. Rick always does a fantastic job. People ask how we keep our windows so clean. We are very satisfied with the work of the Pane Doctor.

Was over my expectation once completed, Rick even cleaned all the internal door and external doors with glass on them, also gave me advise on my pool sprayer if the chemicals on the pool hits my windows from the cleaner that sprays.

He was fast, friendly, and very efficient. He told us his approx. time of arrival, walked us through what he was planning. He did a thorough job on cleaning our windows they sparkled. He hauled the old windows away and cleaned up any mess the new installation caused.

Rick did an amazing job cleaning our windows (both inside/out, removed/cleaned solar/regular screens, too! My wife is highly allergic to dust, so this chore isn't high on her *to do* list; then again, its not one of my favs, either! Money well spent and we look forward to using Rick again in the furture?
