MYSTERIOUSLY “broke” when returned. WORST experience with any company EVER. I mean restaurants, corporations, department stores, and individual retailers combined!! Their customer service is ABSOLUTE trash. The ONLY reason I have to deal with them is because my apartment complex has a contract with them. EVERY time I call, there’s a woman (I think her name is Jennifer) who has an attitude no matter WHAT the topic is; I.e. paying my bill, discrepancies, starting the service, stopping a service. LITERALLY doesn’t matter. Today, I decided to return my cable boxes because the cable looks like it was from the 90’s when cable was first invented. We had them for 3 months and never watched tv because we had smart TVs and turns out we only needed internet. We decided to return them and after dropping them off we received a call saying that they were broken and that we’d need to pay $180 for EACH of the two boxes that are “rattling.” WHAT?? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’m warning you. I’m BEGGING you! Dontttttt!!!!!!!!! This was unethical and unjustifiably WRONG. After going back and forth with someone who said “this is just what we do,” I am LIVID. I’ve never heard of such a thing. THEN SHE TRANSFERRED US TO A VOICE MAIL when we asked for a supervisor. HOW WE GOT THEM IS HOW WE RETURNED THEM. We know because we DIDNT use them after the first day. The “HD” is TRASH on an HDTV! They are hard up for cash during this time because it’s our word versus theirs and they’re deciding to go with what THEY want to do! ABSOLUTE worst company and customer service EVERY single time. OVERPRICED AF. $278 month for basic cable in 4 rooms with internet and phone. We decided to reduce costs during the pandemic for things we don’t use. This is TERRIBLE “policy.” They want MONEY. Nothing else. They don’t even DESERVE business. They don’t DESERVE to keep robbing people each month and then treating them like THEY did something wrong. OneSource Communications CABLE IS TRASH. Absolute TRASH.

They do well with the phone. However, I am having problems with them handling my internet and my internet is not where it should be.

The internet service is still hit and miss. I still have to send One Source screen shots once a month or so because it am still not getting a consistent 25 Mg download.
Description of Work: I was paying for 25 Mg download internet service but was only getting 6-10 mg for over 6 months. Even after I did speed tests on my own and sent them screen shots of them at different times of the day. It was still a battle to convince them there was a problem. Sadly they are my only choice for this apartment complex. I am paying $98.00 a month for just the cable portion of my bill and I could get more channels and better service from another provider at half the price.

I called Jackie at 11:02 Thanksgiving night to tell her my DVR converter had stopped when the time changed. I don't know who she thought I was but the language she spoke was vaguely english with street brogue thrown in, like she was chewing on marbles. After explaining the above she informs me I am out of luck until 8:00 on the next business day. I asked about a simple refresh, nope can't. When I asked as a paying sub how she was going to help me she switched me to Dominique a sup. She says I am stuck too until a person gets back to the office. I could make out this info in between the bites of food she was smacking in my ear. THEY ARE MY ONLY OPTION IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD, OR I WOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE. They stink in every aspect of office and CSR training. If I had any other choice I would be gone! I will contact the city and complain, but not enthusiastic about any assistance. Please Charter buy these inept people out!

In a word, TERRIBLE. Unfortunately, we were told when we moved to this neighborhood that the only option for phone, internet, and cable was One Source. Telephone service was fine, but cable options were somewhat limited. My big problem was with the internet service. I work at home a lot of the time and their internet service is completely unreliable. It constantly goes down (generally in the morning)--sometimes for 2 minutes and sometimes for 2 hours. Some days I've counted and by lunch time I've lost connectivity as many as 5 (!) times. HORRIBLE!! When you call them, their only advice is to unplug your modem for 1 minute. Really guys?

I AM FORCED TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR THESE THREE UTILITIES. THEY DO A VERY POOR JOB AT BEST. MY INTERNET IS ALWAYS DOWN. MY PHONE NUMBER IS LISTED AS A FAX NUMBER SO I ALWAYS RECEIVE FAXES, AND MY TV SERVICE IS HIT AND MISS. I WOULD USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY IF ONE WAS AVAILABLE.
