 + -1 moreThis is not the first or last visit by this company to my house for AC/Heater repairs. I have used them for the last 12 years and will continue to do so. I called their office at about 8:30 and they were able to get someone out that day. He came in and listened to me try and explain what my heat pump unit was doing. He then got to work explaining the process and what he was finding the whole time. He found two parts that were worn out and needed to be replaced. He then did a quick check of the unit to ensure there were no other issues missed. Within an hour I had heat in my home again.
Description of Work: Replace a relay and condenser in my heat pump unit.

Description of Work: Our air conditioner ceased working. The technician they sent did everything he possibly could to get us running again...but our compressor turned out to be the problem. New compressor would have been 2,800.00 - entirely new unit would be 3,800.00.

 + -1 moreMy conditioner had not been serviced in two years as I called someone else out last year and they charged 69 dollars and looked at my air conditioner unit for about 10 minutes and called that a service and amazingly everything was just fine. I kept hearing a whistling sound through one of the vents just at night and wanted to get it checked.
Description of Work: I had a service call to check my AC unit. He did a very thorough check ( approx $80). I needed 6 lbs of Freon which accounted for the rest of the bill. They are continuing to work on my problem of the loss of Freon, however they are very good about giving detailed information, discussing options and I felt as though everything was looked at carefully.

 + -1 moreI CALLED AFTER 9AM ON A SATURDAY AFTER MY AIR CONDITIONER STOPPED COOLING LATE FRIDAY NIGHT. HE WAS IN MY AREA SO I WAS THE NEXT CALL. HE SHOWED UP BY 10:30AM AND WAS FINISHED AROUND 11AM. IT WAS HARD FINDING ANYONE ANSWERING THE PHONE ON A WEEKEND, SO I WAS VERY HAPPY.
Description of Work: THE COMPRESSOR TERMINAL CORD WAS BURNT. CORD WAS REPLACED, COIL WAS WASHED OFF AND UNIT WAS CHECKED.

 + -1 moreTHE OWNER PERFORMED WORK DONE. HE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS COMING EARLIER THEN EXPECTED. THIS WAS GREAT, DUE TO NO A/C. HE THOROUGHLY CHECKED AND FOUND A/C LEAKING COOLANT. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS REASONABLY PRICED FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK AND LABOR THAT WAS INVOLVED. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE HIM AGAIN.
Description of Work: REPLACED LEAKING CONDENSING COILS, AND FAN MOTOR. VACUUMED A/C UNIT, AND FILLED WITH COOLANT. ALSO LEVELED A/C PAD THAT WAS NOT CORRECTLY PLACED WHEN HOUSE WAS BUILT.
