Metroplex H2O Solutions

I have used Chris several times in the past. I called him when my pool/spa heater was not functioning correctly. We set the time for the appointment and he called before came to be sure I was home and to let know he was on his way. He gave me a price estimate before he started working and it was very reasonable. He did a very good job trouble-shooting the problem and repaired the system. I added some additional work (repair the spa blower). He told me the price before he started the work. After he finished the worked the left the equipment and area very neat and clean. He followed up a few days later to be sure I was still very satisfied.

Great. 2 weeks for HOA approval. 3 days later, pool in ground and patio ready for city inspection. Inspectors 2 days and a weekend to get there. Weather delay and concrete poured the following Friday. 2 weeks for concrete to cure, then texture and color application took 4 days (apply/cure then apply/cure). definitely do the texture and color. Steve has a great eye and has great recommendations.

Pool looked beautiful at the end of the month and we hired them full time

The bolt holding the rim on the filter is rusty and he said he couldn't open the filter to do the job. He gave me an estimate for a new filter ($1300+) and said parts were no longer available for our old stainless steel filter. As soon as he left I checked online and immediately found parts for it at poolcenter.com.

AWESOME. bought the $79 deal and got way more than my money's worth. Chris is professional, friendly, helpful and honest. I cannot believe all he did for my $79 service call including running to Leslie's. And I just felt like he was sincere and honest. Don't even call anyone else. Call Metroplex H2O. And if you have a pool you know you'll always have need of a repair person:)

We had a problem with some rope anchors, but Chris Allen made sure it was quickly corrected. I really liked the business-like approach that Chris Allen brings to a job. He meets his commitments. He is always on time, always returns phone calls and always replies to emails/texts. That is unheard of in this industry. My opinion is that this industry is full of losers (I met many of them while looking for a company to do the work), but Chris Allen IS NOT one of them. We have even hired Chris's company to do our weekly pool maintenance. It is a pleasure to do business with Chris Allen and his company.

They did not respond to my service request.

Repaired leaking pool pump. They did most urgent repairs first, knowing the ice storm was coming. As soon as possible when the weather cleared, they returned to finish the job

Hey Pool Owners! I had a very productive visit by both owners Brant and Chris at Metroplex H2O Solutions on Monday and I must say I was very pleased by there detail explanation of the proper methods for breaking down a DE Filter and cleaning to reassembling the filter along with a break down of services provided during a monthly contract. These guys were super professional and I would certainly refer them to anyone who has a pool. My pool is a in-ground vinyl and after making about 10 calls to other providers all saying sorry we don't work on vinyl pools I was referred to Metroplex through a colleague and I was amazed by how they showed up on time and explained each part of the process. Bottom line there prices are outstanding and I set up a contract on the spot. If your in need of a great pool company give Metroplex H2O Solutions a call you won't be disappointed.

They are excellent. They come when they are supposed to. They are very reliable. The pool looks great, no leaves and the chemicals must be right on, because my pool has never been so clear. Love this company!!!!!
