LOWE'S

Stay away from Lowes and their supposed Premium Cabinets Schuler. They do not care about their customers. I tried to contact the President via email and continued to copy him on every email I sent throughout this entire ordeal never once did he respond or have anyone with authority contact me that was serious about resolving my issue. The quality of the cabinets is very poor and built incorrect.The work performed was for complete cabinets in the kitchen with appliance including a double oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Original order date was October 2021. Due to availability the initial install was set for May 2022. Several of the cabinets that came in were damaged and had to be reordered. Once the installers finally got here to install the cabinets they noticed several problems with the product. At this point our entire kitchen had already been demolished and was unusable so they installed the product anyway. Our microwave had not come in either so we had to wait on that. Lowes had to have many of the cabinets remade and sent the manufacturer rep by our house to look at the quality of the product. At that time they agreed to send out a company to correct the paint and stain once they got the cabinets corrected. Over the course of the next year and a half I have been working with Lowes Executive Support to try and get some resolution. They continued to send in cabinets that we're damaged. The last set of cabinets that were sent in damaged were supposed to be reordered but we found out they never were. I sent a list of all of the issues with pictures to Lowes on several different occasions and they recognize they are at fault. They tried to send us a resolution for $3,000 but that doesn't even cover the cost of paint and stain. there are still cabinets that need to be install and fixed that were built incorrectly and of substandard quality. The settlement offer I sent to Lowe's $12,505 which is the cost for all of the damaged product. This project cost us almost $43,000 and Lowes has not fulfilled their obligation to complete the work with a quality finish. The gas stove top that was installed had the wrong oraficies installed so the flames almost burned my daughter when she tried to cook. the paint on the doors has poor coverage and the primer is showing through. Very dissatisfied with and would highly discourage anyone from using Lowes. I am just getting this posted now because I have been trying diligently to work through Lowes to resolve these issues.

HORRIBLE. Sales person Steve Mcleod.....store mgr GARY ELY....and contractors were all shady disorganized and dishonest. We were promised 4 days....project took 4 MONTHS and still not done. In the interim they did much damage to our home including 3 floods (Contractor John Moody in Grapevine is the GC for Lowes) ruined our kitchen cabinets and did horrible work. Tile is crooked, appliances hooked up wrong...un licensed contractors used for electric and plumbing....materials promised in contract not used...tried to work with store manager who PROMISED all would be corrected then he walked away. We contacted BBB who contacted corporate and they (shock shock) took GARY ELY's side and said they will NOT correct the work or refund money. BEWARE!!!! Search consumer affairs before using Lowes.

I got a rental house who did not have any stuff so we put our stuff in there and bought all new stuff for us. I got a 10% discount because I was military and a 5% discount for using the credit card. 

If I remember correctly the microwave we had installed only cost me $50. The refrigerator they just plugged it in so there was no charge for that. The stove there was a $50 charge because they had to do the plug line. It was fair as the amount of money I spent for the instillation. For the delivery because it was over a certain amount it was free. AT that time I had no problems. I would give them an A across the board. There is nothing that I could say that was negative. That is why I went back to them for the shed. There was 2 other places I looked and the prices weren't as good for the product I was getting. So they were the best. I would continue to use them as long as they have the best price for the product I am looking for. If not I will go with the best price. So far in the major items I have needed they have been the best.

First I got a 10% discount for prior military veteran. I then got a 5% discount from Lowe's because it was on a credit card. The price of the shed was $598. I had a few additives so it came up to $700. 

One they were very happy to give me the discounts. Two the individual who built the thing, did such a fantastic job by himself, and he is a little 5'6" guy. He did it all by himself and put it exactly where I liked. I would give them an A. I had no problems what so ever. The service was great. I had no problems. I even got a call afterwards and wanted to check and make sure I had a great experience. From what I understand they do a lot of follow up on their own stuff also. I have no complaints so I have no reason to give them anything other than A's. If there was any problem it didn't get done as fast. I would have liked to get it a weekend I was thinking about but we had it the following. I think it had something to do with getting it built. I think it was more getting it communicated and the time frame.

It was excellent. The carpeting was very good, probably the best I have ever seen. They not only lifted the carpeting and the old padding but they vacuumed as well as swept underneath the carpeting before they put in the new padding on the new carpets. They moved all my furniture. They did an awesome job.

We like Lowe’s. It was a good experience buying the refrigerator. I think there was a sale going on or something and we got a good price on it. The delivery was when it was promised. It is kind of hard to get it wrong but I guess it could happen. They couldn’t have not showed up, or delivered the wrong thing or something. The sales people were nice; we got riot for a pretty good price and got it on time. We have no complaints. The people are helpful. I go there more than I go to any other hardware store because it is closer to us. I personally like to go there but I think my wife likes the other store because of the grocery stores over there. The whole store has cool stuff. They have more expensive and they have less expensive as well, this was something that we thought we could afford, so we jumped on it. It is an all stainless steel refrigerator and it has been a good refrigerator and super efficient. They have very competitive prices. They got good stuff there but on variety not so much. They are very responsive especially nice, if you go there on a rainy day, then you get special attention. There will be people all over the place on a rainy day so you can get help. So if you need a walk done which requires a little bit extra work, go on a rainy day because nobody goes there.

Merchandise product types available and well stocked for customer selection. Sales personnel knowledgeable and helpful. Price was best of the four stores shopped. Subcontractors (Soltherma, Inc., Fort Worth, Texas) arrived on time, were hard working and careful to not damage product or house in a difficult installation. Removed replaced water heater and coordinated for prompt city inspection (required) for completed work. Subcontractor personnel were courteous and hard working. Work completed promptly on schedule. Very good experience in purchase of replacement water heater and subcontractor installation (other private installation companies were hard to contact and quoted excessively high prices. It was far better for me to let Lowe's handle installation at point-of-sale.

The person who came to measure was very nice and professional. Lowe's called back a couple of days later with the estimate. I did not have them do the work because Costco did the same job $1500 cheaper.

WE LIKE THE BRAND NAMES AND PEOPLE WILLING TO HELP.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND THE PRICE WAS TOO. FAST SERVICE.
