Description of Work: I bought a voucher from Living Social and tried on several occasions to schedule an installation but could never get one confirmed because they don't answer any phone calls and never return messages left asking for a return phone call to schedule an appointment or work through any scheduling issues or answer any service questions. This company ONLY communicates via email and the communication takes several days in order to be acknowledged with a response. Additionally, although my zip code indicated that I was within their service range when I purchased the voucher on Living Social they told me I would have to pay extra because I was outside of their service area. I cannot tell you how frustrating it has been in trying to do business with and I would highly recommend that you select another more responsive company to do TV installations inside of your home.
