Roger was recommended to me by a professional engineering firm that specializes in foundation evaluations. Upon contacting him, I found him to be flexible, punctual, and very willing to share his knowledge to make sure I understood the inspection report. Although the house is new construction, he found many items that were corrected by the builder before closing that I would never have found. He was patient and took time to review his findings during the inspection, and sent a comprehensive report (with pictures), that I used during walk through to identify punch list items. He stressed throughout the process that he was just a phone call away if I needed to ask questions or needed more information about the inspection.
He is friendly, professional, and very thorough. If you have any questions, just ask him! He is willing to break things down to the layman level so that you understand everything. I would absolutely use him again.
