I have had glass from this business since 2001 and was surprised when I went in this time to find that there are new owners. I was really pleased when I ordered the glass one day and it was ready the next day, in the past it has taken a few days before my order was ready. The glass was just what I needed and will help me protect the top of my nightstands.

All went well after I was able to schedule the job. They were a bit slow following up with a quote and we had some confusin over the quoted amount. The installers were fast and efficient. Overall, it turned out well so I would probably use them again for custome glass/mirror work.

It went very well. I went with them because they're the only ones that would do it. They were pretty good. Pricing was not that good. I wish it would have been a little bit cheaper for a shower door.

They responded on short notice to replace glass in large cracked window on back patio.

SHOWED ON TIME. PROFESSIONAL AND FOCUSSED. JOB DONE VERY WELL AND EFFICIENTLY. NICE GUY. KNOWLEDGEABLE. REASONABLE COST. VERY SATISFIED. ACTUALLY THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME I USED THEM. SEVERAL YEARS AGO I HAD 2 WINDOWS NEEDING REPLACEMENT. THAT WAS THE BEST RECOMMENDATION.

The office staff was pleasant but inefficient. The invoice did not include the discount I was promised on the phone. Staff had to be reminded twice to correct it. I was told I would receive a call when the glass was received but didn't get a call. I had to call back and verify it was in the day before the installation was to occur. Service provider was punctual but surly and reeked of tobacco smoke. He didn't explain what he was going to do. The first visit was just to measure the window. The second visit was to install the glass but he broke it in the process, blaming the glass provider. The third visit the glass was successfully installed but the technician left it covered with fingerprints. It was not a good experience and I would not recommend this company.

I ordered a piece of glass for my new kitchen table on Monday, April 2nd. The woman (owner maybe?) was helpful on the selection of the edging for the glass. I paid, she said it would be in after 3-5 business days and she would call. I made sure she had two good numbers and left excited to have my new glass by Easter Sunday. I patiently waited and got no response so I called on Friday, Saturday, then again on Monday April 9th, leaving a specific message. I got a call back later on Monday afternoon saying that they had been closed on Friday, as well as the glass provider, so they weren't done with it. She said it would probably be in on Tuesday but to not come and get it without them calling first because it could be delivered at any time of the day. Long story short, I am a busy person and waited dutifully until they called. My days go by fast and by Friday, April 13th I realized how ridiculous the wait had been and my husband just went to them to get it....though they had never called!

When he got to the store, the lady checked her spot where the finished orders were supposed to be behind the desk and nope! Not there. Someone else had to go searching to even find it! When they did find it, my husband brought it home. I'm not sure how it's supposed to be packaged, but to me it would seem proper to have the glass cleaned well, and packaged in some brown wrap to have it appear as though it was valued. I do not know how the industry normally treats that, though.

My bottom line issue with this company is the lack of professionalism and concern shown to me, one who ordered a lowly piece of glass. I was completely forgotten about more than once, and if my husband had not gone up there, who knows how long I would have gone as such.

They cracked down at the bottom where they are attached. They are double paned windows so if it is cracked it will leak and stain it. I called them and they were not willing to come back. She said that even if I would have called the next day they would have not fixed it for me.

Broken glass tops for furniture. Took the pieces into their shop. They measured existing items and cut new tops both times and the work was quick and professional. We will take any glass items to them for replacement.

Watauga Glass measured all windows and installed the frames or replaced the glass. Everything was completed on time, measurements were exact and even the reglazed windows looked like new. About a year later, we had an energy audit completed. They remarked that whoever did the windows did an excellent job because none of the windows/frames had air leakage.
