It went good, very prompt, did good work, and actually did more then I asked them to do. Every time I called they had no problem with them getting out here, they are top notch.

Travis is great! He's very knowledgeable, and drilled for just about everything. I wouldn't use anybody.

Mr. Hazlewood was punctual, and did come the same day when they said they wood.  Overall, the work was performed well.  However initial price estimates were always lower than final.  Told my wife the whole thing would be 'max $4,000' but the final price was slightly higher even though we re-used old pipe and did not replace electrical cable.  Initially said new pipe was $2 per foot, later changed this to $3 per foot. They hauled away the old pipe without asking whether I wanted them to.  I did not, so they had to bring it back. They did not give me any of the warranty or manufacturer's information on the new pump and motor, and acted like this was the first time anyone had ever asked for the manufacturer's literature.  Scope of work, and price of course, were intimated to depend upon whether 'insurance was paying'.  I don't like this mode of operation and will look for a new supplier next time.
