+ -1 moreWe talked with Jeff Jackson several times over 6 months about a landscaping plan. He then provided a plan and estimate of cost. We signed the contract and gave him the deposit. He set several times to begin work, but something would always come up that he couldn't start the project. After about a month of this, he quit answering our phone calls or emails. We have not been able to locate him. So we are out $7000. Note: This is NOT Jacksons Home & Garden, Lemmon Ave, Dallas.
Description of Work: Jeff Jackson, also doing business as Jackson Outdoors, designed a landscaping plan for front and back yards. He provided an estimate for services.
