He did a really good job. He is great. If he saw a house, he said, "Hey, there are some problems here you might want to look at." It was long distance but every time we call him to see a house, he looked them up right away and saw where they were and would arrange to go take us out. He did that quickly and he showed us a lot of houses. He was punctual. He wasn't pushy at all. He is good natured and he didn't push us but he would advice us to some houses that he thought might not be structurally sound or something like that. We bought the house in December but he has called us ever since then just to say hi and see how everything is going. He is honest.
