Chris Hawkins, P.J. and Jennifer all were a great help in finding and acquiring the needed parts to repair our unit. (The unit was no longer produced by Thermador, but parts were available.) It was not definite if the motor and/or the capacitor needed replacing. It was fortunate that only the capacitor was bad and it was replaced. The motor was not needed. P.J. (who had originally installed the machine when our home was built) was in charge of supervising the repairs. He was prompt, professional and his assistants did quick and efficient work. Our unit is now up and running and I am able to use my professional stove in the kitchen again. Great job. Definitely recommend Hawk Air Company, of Keller.

They came out and inspect the air conditioning system they found that it was the capacitor why it wasn't cooling and replace that had the parts available, they were only there for like half and hour so it was quick. I felt that the price was a little excessive.

They are always on time and they good work. They did the original installation when the house was built five years ago and we've always used them. They're honest and there's no hidden fees.
