Golden Triangle Collision

They are incredibly friendly at Golden Triangle collision. Both of my trucks were repaired and the only real issue I had was the amount of time it took for them to complete the trucks. The first truck took them around 3 weeks and that was fine since I had a rental, but the second truck took them almost a month to complete. I was told that when I dropped the truck off they would let me know a time frame for the repairs to be done, which about 2 weeks was what was quoted, but took them an additional 2 weeks for it to be complete. When I would call they would tell me what step of the process they were in and that was much appreciated. They told me that they were a little short handed and that was causing delays (it was around Labor day weekend so that is to be expected) which I imagine is what took the extra few weeks. I would recommend them and really enjoyed everyone that works there.

Terrible, they took several weeks, other places can do it faster. Took head liner down, now my dvd player does not work, they used duck tape instead of electric tape to mend the cut wires, hear vibrating noises now. They lie about deductible and can't do simple arithmetic. Car was left with grease finger prints inside the door, don't go hear....

Golden Triangle Collision has repaired this same car twice.  If is the family learner car for our kids.  They did a fantastic job.  Kept me updated during the whole process.  The car was fixed BEFORE I received the check from the insurance company!  I have recommended several people to them and will continue to do so.

I needed repair to a quarter panel and replacement of a remote control side view mirror.  Garry gave me a quote, which I thought was very reasonable.  I assumed they would tell me to leave the vehicle and, like so many other car repair shops, they would do the work when they could get to it.  Instead, Garry told me when the best time would be to drop the car off.  It was done in 3 days!  I have never had collision repair done that quickly.  A couple days later, while I was shopping in a Home Depot store, someone hit my car and destroyed one of my headlights.  (Naturally, whoever did it did not wait around.)  I went back to Golden Triangle Collision and Garry ordered a replacement headlight assembly for me on the spot.  Then they called me when the parts came in so that I could drop the car off to have the repair done same day.  Nicole in the office did a great job of communicating and Garry demonstrated outstanding customer service.  This is an impressive family run business.

We brought the car to Golden Triangle Collision after getting three other estimates. This company was the only collision repair facility listed in the DFW area on Angie's List. Golden Triangle Collision repaired the dent in the sliding door, painted two-thirds of the left side of our van with a very good blending job. We can not tell a color difference between the original 2007 and the new paint. The other vehicle left transfer material from their mirror on the middle and rear window of the left side of our van. No evidence of the transfer material remains after Golden Triangle Collision completed the repair. Our van was returned clean and looking fantastic. The bill was the third lowest out of the four estimates I received. Jason is the contact person at Golden Triangle Collision. He truly cares about his clients and demonstrated this fact by the ease in reaching him by phone and knowing the repair status of our vehicle every time we called. He treated us with respect and as an important client to the company. We will return to Golden Triangle Collision if the need for collision repair arises again.

They were quick to get my car done. When they knew that I did not have a rental car, they tried to speed it up a little bit more and I appreciated that. The quality of the workmanship was good.

I needed a piece of trim on roof for my Hyundai. Went in on Thur. for estimate it was fair and placed order. Next day they called to say it was in. Quick and easy and fair. I have used them before and they do good work

The owner is a super nice guy that takes care of business.   They dealt with all the insurance and had my car repaired in a short amount of time after the adjuster finally made it to inspect the car.   They even helped with the return of my rental car to make things easier.  Very customer service oriented which is refreshing for a change!!! 
Shop was clean,  waiting rooms were nice.  
Did a quality job on the repairs with new parts.   The owner had them repaint the bumper because he wasn't happy with it before I ever saw it.  Looked great when i picked it up!!!  They also fixed a back bumper (no charge) that was coming loose from previous damage. 
I would definitely go back and would suggest them for future work.

Got an estimate when I walked in, received 10% off my deductible, got an appointment right away.  They were done in three days, considering it affected three parts of my car.  Offered to take me to rental car place.  Were very friendly and service oriented.  I was extremely pleased.

Craig's shop is fast, affordable, and courteous.  I came here after reading Angie's list reviews and was not disappointed.  I recommend his shop and plan to take my other vehicles there for any future collision repairs if needed.  The car had a big scratch and push in damage from a rear tap by a careless driver who bumped my daughter's brand new car.  I asked Craig if he plans to repair or replace the bumper.  He replaced the bumper (factory part) and match painted it to look brand new again.  I am glad he was insistent on a factory bumper versus an after market bumper.

Everything was done in a totally professional manner, including doing what was best for my 2002 Honda Accord as well as my pocketbook.  The result was excellent, and at a very reasonable cost

Golden Triangle Collision provided an estimate well below what I was expecting. Later called to say dealer suggested additional part. Upon completion of work said part was not needed & not charged for. Additionally they did 2 small fixes at no additional charge. The service was quick. The waiting room was a nice as I have seen anywhere.

Previous AC providers kept having to come back to address the same issue or new ones. Not true with Golden Triangle. They fixed the AC as noted above the first time and I have not needed to call them back but will do so in a heart beat if the needs arises.
