Phil was great!! He was able to teach us a lot about the home, pros and cons, including several things to keep an eye on. I am a Real Estate Broker, and was actually using Phil on behalf of a client of mine. I have used a number of inspectors throughout my career, but by far Phil is the most knowledgable and personable one of them all!! I plan on using Phil's services again in the near future as I think he makes my business better when I recommend him to my clients.
I would HIGHLY recommend Phil to anyone who is purchasing a home and wants to work with an inspector who will answer all of their questions or concerns in detail. Another thing that I love about Phil is that he really seems to love what he does, and I think that's the trait that truly sets him apart. You won't find a better guy for the job!! Oh and his rates are pretty good too...

Phil did an outstanding job. He was very thorough and provided a great report that will serve as a maintenance guide for us going forward. He identified a problem with one of the heat pump units that may have gone unnoticed. He took the time to go over everything with us at the house before submitting the report so that we had an opportunity to ask questions. He even took us to several issues that had easy fixes that could save us a lot of money down the road. I was extremely pleased with the amount of time he spent with us and on the house itself. Highly recommend.
