DFW North Texas Roofing

After the big hail storm last year, one of the guys came out to give estimates for repairs and was right on top of it, checking in and making sure that things were going well.  The guys came and did the roof and all was fine until the gutter guys came randomly and put up gutters that didn't match the paint on my house.  I called Clay and he came out to check and told me they'd work with me to make sure that I was happy - they're paint them or replace them...then, nothing.  No calls from Clay, no return-calls from the company...I was just glad that I hadn't paid them the full amount.  Finally another guy called and let me know that Clay had left and they were trying to wrap everything up. I think that, had they not had an employee leave in the middle of a job, it would have been a great experience.  In the end, they did give me a substantial break on the gutters (I didn't want to wait for them to be replaced - I was ready to be done as well).
