My experience with Denise and company has been overall disappointing and frustrating.  Communication was a challenge.  They rarely answer their phone and have a poor call return rate.  The consistency of work leaves much to be desired, and the quality of work was less than average causing me to re-clean parts of the house.  Furthermore, their rates increased, which I wouldn?t mind paying if the service was top notch?. Denise and Company Cleaning is NOT! The final incident was when a highly expensive item turned up missing.  This greatly suspicious event, in addition to the overall unsatisfactory service, forced us to end their services.  I HIGHLY Recommend You Find Home cleaning service elsewhere.

I have used Denise & Company for a little over a year now.  I have them come out once every four weeks to clean my house.  They always arrive in the window of time that they are supposed to and clean what they are supposed to.  One time during a cleaning an item was broken and I contacted the company the next day and they paid to have it replaced.  Overall I say they do the job I pay them to do.

A friend on mine referred them to me and they worked out really well.  They are local over here. I use them every two weeks. 

They were supposed to bring 2 people for 4 hours, but they brought 3 people for 6 hours.  We felt bad and offered to pay them more, but they said no, just pay the invoice amount.  My wife called them and they now want to charge more to do the upstairs.  They are supposed to come back every two weeks and now they want $240 for the upstairs and $90.83 for the downstairs, but the upstairs is 1/4 the size of the downstairs.  We think that's ridiculous to have the price go up so much.  We have been trying to call them for the last three days and I finally spoke to Anita today.  She seemed very nervous but said no one, including Denise, wants to get involved with explaining these prices.  They keep saying we need to talk to Cami, who is handling our account.  It seems no one that will talk to us will take responsibility for our situation.

They were prompt and trustworthy. Nothing really stood out above and beyond, yet they did a thorough job. I would recommend them.

I have them come out every couple of weeks. They are a wonderful help and the girls that do the work are very thorough. This is the second time I had them do the work for me.
