About us
We are a full service pet care center. We have wonderful veterinarians and nurses providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and wellness care. We also have a large pet boarding facility that offers both luxury and standard boarding. In addition, we have proffesional Grooming, and Obedience training. We are one of the only less than 15% of all veterinary hospitals in the US and Canada that qualified for and obtained accreditation through the American Animal Hospital Association.

A later exam by a different vet, not associated with Creekside, showed no heart murmur present. I'm not suggesting that there was any deliberate attempt to mislead at Creekside, but the overall focus toward dogs and the misdiagnosis make me wary of taking cats there.
Prices were above average, in the area, for the services provided.

I want to properly address your concern but more importantly ensure that there are no hidden dangers in your kitties’ health. Heart murmurs, especially in very early stages, can be difficult to detect. They can also be dangerous if not properly diagnosed. I am much more concerned about getting this right than which doctor had the correct assessment. To this end, I would like to offer to pay the office call only to a board certified specialist (Cardiologist or Internist) to give you a third opinion. Please forward me the receipt directly for reimbursement: [email protected] It is also fair to point out that the $165 for that visit was for the annual wellness needs of TWO cats. The doctors and staff at Creekside work very hard to go the extra mile to set ourselves apart in both medical quality and client service. "This incident, which happened more than five years ago, is in no way a fair or accurate assessment of our professional grooming service. This sweet Miniature Poodle came to our grooming parlor horribly matted. Our very skilled and experienced groomer worked very hard to do the best that she could under the circumstance. The skin under the matts was in fact very irritated but this was a result of long term matting. Furthermore at the time of this occurrence, the Practice Manager and myself, went out of our way to help the pet and make the client happy. Out of goodwill we refunded the grooming as well as offered to treat the skin irritation at no charge. The client excepted the refund but would not let us treat her pet. Everyone on the Creekside team loves pets and we work very hard to not only provide pets with the absolute best care available but also to exceed the clients expectation in their service. Our people are good people and their professionalism, skill, and heart can be more accurately seen in the other multiple unsolicited reviews on this site as well the many loyal clients that we are blessed to serve. Our dog was examined - not only for what we brought him in for, but for general health - and they found a rash that we had not seen. We also talked about other health problems he had had.
We were then given a detailed estimate of the costs of the procedure, with options to save on costs. We were given the reasons for each charge on the estimate and why it was necessary, or why we could not have it done - the pros and cons of the optional services.
Overall it was a very good visit, and thanks to the coupon on Angie's List, we only had to pay for the antibiotics. I will consider taking my other vets to Dr. Loveless in the future.
