About us
We are a full service pet care center. We have wonderful veterinarians and nurses providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and wellness care. We also have a large pet boarding facility that offers both luxury and standard boarding. In addition, we have proffesional Grooming, and Obedience training. We are one of the only less than 15% of all veterinary hospitals in the US and Canada that qualified for and obtained accreditation through the American Animal Hospital Association.

Creekside can disagree with me all day long on the finer points of my complaint, but this is something that as a client I would ask you to think about. Would you really want your dog seen by any Vet practice that would NOT write a letter explaining the treatment of a dog that was seen there? If ANY doctor, people or dog can't write a letter explaining the treatment they performed, then there is a HUGE problem and they should probably be investigated. I gave every employee and Vet at Creekside my respect and patience for any mistakes. But they took it too far. I should NEVER have allowed this practice to treat my dogs as long as I did, and I will have to live with that. That is why I pulled my business. It was horrible when Lisa cut the chunk out of my pure breed Westies ear, but not to explain the treatment of a dog that ended up dying is a whole nother thing. DONT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON. ALSO, KROGER PERSCRIPTIONS FOR DOGS ARE 3 TIMES CHEAPER THAN CREEKSIDE.

I've been using them a long time. They are fine, no problems. They're responsive. They followup and call you with the lab results. I always think they're high but I don't think they are probably any more expensive than anybody else. I don' t have any problems with them. It's convenient and I have a history with them. They've taken care of a couple different dogs. They've always been really good with them. They pay more attention to the pet than the owner.

Excellent! Although the two previous visits were of concern, this was our best visit yet. The groomer was very professional and caring. She was wonderful. My dogs were returned to me in great shape, looking wonderful, smelling great - and happy! We're very pleased to be customers of Creekside!

Location seems clearly oriented toward dogs vs. cats. Exam room we were in was cramped. Vet was friendly and knowledgeable, however seemed focused on additional items. My cat was diagnosed with a heart murmur, which was described as a common side effect of endocrine issues common in older cats and warranted further blood tests.
A later exam by a different vet, not associated with Creekside, showed no heart murmur present. I'm not suggesting that there was any deliberate attempt to mislead at Creekside, but the overall focus toward dogs and the misdiagnosis make me wary of taking cats there.
Prices were above average, in the area, for the services provided.

I want to properly address your concern but more importantly ensure that there are no hidden dangers in your kitties’ health. Heart murmurs, especially in very early stages, can be difficult to detect. They can also be dangerous if not properly diagnosed. I am much more concerned about getting this right than which doctor had the correct assessment. To this end, I would like to offer to pay the office call only to a board certified specialist (Cardiologist or Internist) to give you a third opinion. They are a high quality vet and never unhappy with the services performed. I think their costs are high though, and I don't like them trying to sell me extra services. Every time I take the dogs I get a guilt trip for not getting a senior canine exam or a dental cleaning. And now the sale job is on insurance plans or monthly plans for pet health.

It was fine. They were suppose to call my vet to get shot records, which were up to date. I had made the reservation a couple of months ahead of the boarding date. They said they would contact my vet and get the information so I would not have to. The day before I was to bring my cat in they told me they did not have the records and had forgot to request them from by vet. I had to have their vet give my cat the shots, which he had already had from my vet. Basically, I had to pay them for shots my cat did not need. Otherwise they seemed ok, when I picked up my cat he was was happy to see me.

"This incident, which happened more than five years ago, is in no way a fair or accurate assessment of our professional grooming service. This sweet Miniature Poodle came to our grooming parlor horribly matted. Our very skilled and experienced groomer worked very hard to do the best that she could under the circumstance. The skin under the matts was in fact very irritated but this was a result of long term matting. Furthermore at the time of this occurrence, the Practice Manager and myself, went out of our way to help the pet and make the client happy. Out of goodwill we refunded the grooming as well as offered to treat the skin irritation at no charge. The client excepted the refund but would not let us treat her pet. Everyone on the Creekside team loves pets and we work very hard to not only provide pets with the absolute best care available but also to exceed the clients expectation in their service. Our people are good people and their professionalism, skill, and heart can be more accurately seen in the other multiple unsolicited reviews on this site as well the many loyal clients that we are blessed to serve. That was very good. It was a little difficult to get into them. It was a comparable price although it could have been less. It is about the going rate. I would absolutely use them in the future.

They are good. I love them there. The only reason that I am going to stop going there is that they are too far from me. I am getting older and I have huge dogs and it's a hassle to get them there. I still will use them if I go out of town, I wouldn't leave my dogs anywhere else.

Creekside is very prompt, professional and flexible with their veterinarian, grooming and boarding services. We've rarely had an issue with this business and when we did, they promptly corrected to our satisfaction. They are full service and we're very pleased with the services we get.

Dr. Loveless was great with our dog. As was the nurse - but I didn't get her name - our dog loved her, giving her many kisses.
Our dog was examined - not only for what we brought him in for, but for general health - and they found a rash that we had not seen. We also talked about other health problems he had had.
We were then given a detailed estimate of the costs of the procedure, with options to save on costs. We were given the reasons for each charge on the estimate and why it was necessary, or why we could not have it done - the pros and cons of the optional services.
Overall it was a very good visit, and thanks to the coupon on Angie's List, we only had to pay for the antibiotics. I will consider taking my other vets to Dr. Loveless in the future.

I love Creekside! They are a little pricey but I believe you get what you pay for. These guys have always been professional and are always consistent in how they take care of our animals.
