Betsy was very nice and pleasant to work with, however she did not help me declutter my bedroom. When I showed her my room and closet I explained that I feel that I have too much stuff and I need help getting rid of some of it. She told me I had a system in my closet, when I showed her how I have my closet laid out.
I don't see a difference from when we started to when we finished.
During the 4-hours that she was here, we folded laundry, put it away, and went through one or two small containers in a corner of the room. She did not encourage me to reduce the quantity of clothing that I have and I had stated a few times to her that I need to reduce what I have. The only thing her being here helped me do was fold laundry and stay on task for the four hours.
At the end, she told me she felt that we had not gotten that much done and not much stuff out of the bedroom and closet. She did take the little bit of giveaway I had, 2 bags were already filled and I think we filled the other two while she was here. (They are small kitchen trash bags).
I responded to their online feedback survey with similar information and have not heard form them since.

Sorry that I can't remember the name of the person who came and spent 4 hours with me (!) but I really loved her willing attitude. She broke down all extra boxes, put what would fit in recycling or garbage and toted the rest away. I had a lot of donate stuff which she took and later mailed me the receipt for the donation. (I filled up her Jeep with my junk!)
I felt so good about purging after she was here.
If you need design help for managing clutter, that particular person is probably not the best one to have come out....she's not the owner. However, if you need someone to be a super hard worker, she was great!
