Clutterbusters!! Fort Worth

It went great! She was really good at helping us quickly make decisions on what to keep, sell or donate.

When I contacted Clutterbusters I explained that I wanted and needed someone to help me declutter my bedroom, including my closet, and that I was open to suggestions to help me. I am a pack rat and getting rid of stuff on my own is very hard. I get over whelmed with big projects and this one is pretty big.
Betsy was very nice and pleasant to work with, however she did not help me declutter my bedroom. When I showed her my room and closet I explained that I feel that I have too much stuff and I need help getting rid of some of it. She told me I had a system in my closet, when I showed her how I have my closet laid out. 
I don't see a difference from when we started to when we finished. 
During the 4-hours that she was here, we folded laundry, put it away, and went through one or two small containers in a corner of the room. She did not encourage me to reduce the quantity of clothing that I have and I had stated a few times to her that I need to reduce what I have. The only thing her being here helped me do was fold laundry and stay on task for the four hours.
At the end, she told me she felt that we had not gotten that much done and  not much stuff out of the bedroom and closet. She did take the little bit of giveaway I had, 2 bags were already filled and I think we filled the other two while she was here. (They are small kitchen trash bags).
I responded to their online feedback survey with similar information and have not heard form them since.

Betsy, arrived on time and ready to tackle my garage. My garage wasnt terrible site, but needed some sprucing up. She donned your gloves and wipes and went to work. I explained what I need access to and what was used and she help identify items that could be donated. After we finished the garage I still had time to get suggestions on organization of my child's toys, which were threatening to take over our home.

Kay does a good job of helping me organize. I would highly recommend her service.

She was punctual and efficient.

She did a great job.  She was very nice and professional and willing to do anything I asked her.  She o rganized a whole cabinet, helped me organize an entire room and we got the whole garage clean.  It was about 100 degrees and she was still willing to clean out the garage with me.  I really appreciated that.
Sorry that I can't remember the name of the person who came and spent 4 hours with me (!) but I really loved her willing attitude.  She broke down all extra boxes, put what would fit in recycling or garbage and toted the rest away.  I had a lot of donate stuff which she took and later mailed me the receipt for the donation.  (I filled up her Jeep with my junk!)
I felt so good about purging after she was here.
If you need design help for managing clutter, that particular person is probably not the best one to have come out....she's not the owner.  However, if you need someone to be a super hard worker, she was great!

Peyton was very upbeat  and helpful. I have lived in my house since the mid-80s and have a very small kitchen with no pantry. Over the years stuff has just been shoved into cabinets and drawers with no rhyme or reason, wherever I could find a space. I didn't even know what all was in there, and some things I knew I had but I wouldn't use them because it meant I would have to pull out 5 things to get to it. Whenever I thought about doing anything myself I was paralyzed at where to start. Peyton was a godsend. She discussed how I wanted to be able to function in the kitchen and we worked through where the best places for things to go would be. We were able to delegate quite a bit to trash, donate, and give to family members, and now my kitchen works great for the way I live. Halfway through I thought "there is no way we are getting done in the time allotted" but we did! I was exhausted when we were through but felt so great about the work done. I will definitely use this company again when I am ready to tackle other jobs at the house!

Payton straightened, cleaned, and organized my garage. She was so nice, on time, and very professional. She actually finished in 3 hours instead of the 4 allotted hours.  I wouldn't hesitate to use Clutterbuster's again.

The garage project took about one month to complete.  A pod unit was rented and  placed on driveway for storage of garage contents until project was completed.  New epoxy floor was first on the list which turned out great, with the base color of grey and white, black and tan color chips.  Next was patching of holes in walls and ceiling and painting of garage walls and trim in a crisp white color with black trim for the base boards..  This process took longer due to availability of a painter to complete the project.  All of the cabinets, heavy duty shelving, and track systems with accessories were ordered and delivered.  A handyman spent one day putting together and hanging all of the cabinets, shelving, tracks and a mud unit.  Kay with Clutterbusters was very responsive throughout the process with information on various contractors for the work that was necessary.  Unfortunately, this project was on a fast track and those contacts were not available, however, having back-up contractor list worked out to keep this project on track.  Kay and I have kept in touch throughout the entire project and she has been so helpful and supportive.  I provided pictures of the completed project (before garage contents have been removed from the pod) and she featured two of the pictures in her recent garage organization newsletter.  I now have a beautiful and organized and functional garage that I can park my car in!

1st engagement - she organized nightmare paperwork and office; 2nd engagement - she spent days going thru an employment appeal I have pending by organizing by date 4 years worth of emails divided into binders THEN took the termination letter, found every email noted pulled and made another binder; 3rd engagement - set up craft room, gave husband back part of his closet by organizing walk in hall closet for linens. Organized a gift closet. Kay doesn't need the back story or gory details, just an overview of where you are trying to get with your mess all, along giving you tips and setting up files for the future. SHE SAVED ME $250 an hour in legal fees. SHE'S not a lawyer and will not give you anything but organizational advice.  Thank God for Kay.

i called and talked to her about what I needed, how bad a shape the project was in. She went over all prices and gave me times she was available. Every time she is punctual and hards every second she is here.
