Cliff's Tree Trimming

I highly recommend Cliff. I am confident in his work, he is a real Arborist, what more do you have to know. He did a fantastic job with my trees and was quite inexpensive. He went above and beyond when cleaning around the tree trunks and cleaning my curb (from falling oak leaves from neighbor's trees). I will definitively use him again in 2 years to further develop my tree's growth.

Cliff worked us in quickly and took care of broken limb which had fallen on another tree, Price was very reasonable. Not many tree services want to do a job this small, but Cliff took it on. Would definitely use Cliff again.

Cliff showed up on time, and did a professional job. They also hauled off all of the branches.

He recommended someone who he knew could solve the problem.

I would give them a A+ if I could! He's very reasonable. I've used him for the past four years and my neighbors do to. I have 15 trees, he goes though and checks them out then we pick five to be trimmed. If he sees mistletoe in any of the others he will trim them out at no other cost.

Cliff and his partner John did an outstanding job. Trimmed the trees significantly up without turning them into "live oak palm trees". He also thinned them out considerably. They cleaned up everything; left no mess whatsoever. Highly recommend.

Excellent service!  I would definitely hire Cliff again and will recommend him without hesitation.  I felt completely comfortable with Cliff.  He is extremely professional and knowledgeable.  He was on time, answered calls and questions quickly and did a thorough job cleaning up.  Give him a call... you'll be happy you did.

Cliff had a family obligation that took longer than he expected but he kept in touch with me, updating me through the day as to his expected arrival time, and still came though it was relatively late in the day.  After we talked a few minutes he and his assistant then took care of all the trimming and cleaned up the yard beautifully.  These fifteen-year-old trees had never been "thinned" before, and he did a lovely job.  He was also gracious and courteous throughout.  And he also gave me referrals for some other landscaping work I needed, who turned out to be just as pleasant and helpful as he was.

Cliff called back promptly and set up a visit to give us an estimate. He was on time and very honest about the future of the trees (the previous homeowners had allowed the cables to grow into the trees rather than removing them when no longer needed). I asked him to trim the trees anyway to give them the best chance for survival. He fit our small job in between some large jobs and arrived when he said he would. Cliff did a great job pruning our trees. He was quick but thorough and tidy! There was no evidence left behind that he had ever been here, except for a couple of beautifully shaped trees. Cliff answered my questions with a great deal of expertise and sensitivity to what I wanted for our trees. I will be calling him again when it is time to provide more upkeep on them. I wish all service providers were as prompt, honest, and reliable as Cliff was!

Cliff is wonderful. This is the second time he has done some work for us and it went even better than the first time. The live oak in the front was trimmed back last time and needed even more so the tree did not hide the front of our house. He removed the large braces we asked for and also took son=me out he thought needed removing. Trimmed smaller branches that were hanging down. Looked like sweeping willow! Now the sun actually shines under the tree and you can see our house from the street. Nice! He also removed two very large black walnut trees in the back that had bugs and were dying and dropping limbs and a dead Mexican Plum tree, 
He cleaned everything up including all the leaves that blew un to the from door area and the pile we had going under the tree from raking. Mulched everything and left the place looking better than before. 
He is very responsive and keeps in touch. We had trouble scheduling because our back yard was so wet. Had to cancel and wait a week until it dried up. Highly recommend Cliff!

I've used Cliff's services several times within the past few months.  He is awesome!!!!  He is an honest guy who shows up when he says he will and completes the work in a professional manner.  His prices are very fair and he tells you up front what's included and so you have all of the info you need to make the right decision for your situation.  I'll definitely be using him in the fall to trim up my trees and check their general health.

Experience was great with Cliff. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him.

The whole process went very well. Cliff was excellent to work with and was very professional. The work was done just as he had explained. I recommend him 100%!!! They left the grounded stump which I blended into the flower bed and the dirt is great! They cleaned up all the other debris and you would not have known any work was done, except for the missing trees and branches. :)

Cliff was great. He was available when other providers would have had to put me on a waiting list for a few weeks. He came out the day before to examine the job, gave me a quote on site and was there early the next morning to complete the job. Cliff kept me very informed about what they were going to be doing and offered advice on planting new trees in the place of the removed tree stumps.

It was very good, Mr. Donnelly showed up quoted me the price to grind one tree down and the price to take care of 2 other bushes in my backyard. I only had the tree in the front yard done at the time, but fully intend on contacting Mr. Donnelly to take care of the 2 bushes. I am very satisfied with his work and would absolutely recommend his services to anyone in need.

Cliff was very prompt in getting back with me after I placed the initial phone call. He came out to provide an estimate on a day that was convenient for me and fully explained what he would be doing. The written estimate he provided was detailed but concise (no "add-on" fees or extra charges, etc). We had one large tree that was very close to our pool (and about 1/3 of it hung over the pool) and a high limb on another tree that extended about 7 or 8 feet over our pool. He also took out a small live oak that was hanging over our fence line into a busy street. Given the fact that he is a certified arborist and the location of the trees to remove was tricky, I think his fee was very reasonable. Cliff kept in touch via text to confirm the date and time he'd arrive to do the work. As promised, he arrived on time and he did all the work himself (with one assistant). He worked carefully but efficiently and finished in the anticipated time frame. He cleaned up the backyard nicely and actually left it cleaner than when he started. We were very pleased with his work and wouldn't hesitate to call him again if we need tree work in the future.
