Very well. The techs were great - arrived promptly, were very professional, worked quickly and did a nice job. Our dog urinated in one of the rooms just after the tech left. Clean Master was able to get someone back out the next morning to retreat the area. We've used a couple other carpet cleaning companies in the past (Dalworth and Sears). Clean Master rates definitely rates higher than Dalworth. It is on par with Sears quality-wise, but more competitive on price. Will definitely use again.

VERY WELL!! Was not pressured to clean other areas, add services etc. They did not have any "Well if you don't do this...." moments, showed up right in the middle of the time frame quoted. Friendly, professional and the exact price I expected. My carpet looks amazing - and the slight dog smell is GONE! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Overall experience was great! Spoke with Jason Higgins (Owner) to discuss a quote. Jason was very patient and explained all services that would fit my needs. We agreed on a very reasonable price for the service and scheduling, on their website, was very easy. Service Day: Dusty was the employee that performed the service. Dusty called ahead of schedule to provide an arrival time. When Dusty arrived he took the time to meet my family. We then took a tour of the house and discussed the process. Dusty was very efficient with the overall process; took approximately 1 hour start to finish. I will be using Clean Master Carpet Cleaning for future services.

They did an excellent job. I had recently had a dog pass away from cancer and the carpets were not in good shape. There was a distinct smell particularly in the living room area and it is now gone. The carpets have never looked better. He also showed genuine care and concern over the loss of my Corgi last week and this meant a lot to me. I would definitely hire Clean Master!

Dusty did a fantastic job! Called before he came out. Very professional, friendly and courteous. My carpet and rugs had a lot of pet stains and smelled bad. Smell and stains are gone!!! Will definitely have them come out again to clean next time. Very, very happy :)

They were really easy to do business with and actually exceeded my expectations. The information on the phone for pricing and scheduling was helpful, friendly and easy to do. The service tech, Dusty, was pleasant, professional and after walking through the house with me to look at the areas to be cleaned, got right to work. Pricing was reasonable, especially for the level of customer care I thought I received. I will use them again for sure.

Clean Master did an amazing job on our tile flooring in our office. It looks just like it did 5 years ago when we built our facility. They also cleaned the sofa in our waiting area as well as one in a back office--back to the new look and smell amazing. Highly recommend this company. They are highly professional, cost effective, and friendly staff!

Carpet Masters came out and cleaned our carpets in the whole house. They did an incredible job. They also patched a piece of missing carpet and stretched the carpet in our living room. They did everything for around $350--a great price if I do say so. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Jason does an excellent job! I have a dog over 150lbs. and he sprays the pet odor on the carpets too. He makes the carpets look brand new. He is very detailed and works hard! As a real estate agent, I recommend him to my buyers and sellers. He is the best!

If your carpet has no stains, they might do an okay job but honestly I've cleaned my carpet with a store rented cleaner and had far better results. Also I asked him if I should vacuum prior to their service and was assured that it was not necessary because their machine would do it all but that was definitely not the case. I guess I just expected they could clean my carpet better than I could myself and this was too high of an expectation. I've never actually left an unfavorable review on Angie's list but I really want people to know what they should expect.
