Chem Pest is a family owned business and they take pride in their business. Making appointments and having the office keep up with the quarterly rotation was great. The technician arrived on time and explained what and why he was doing the specific treatments. He also explained what was in the treatment and how to best protect our dog until it dried. We used them over the course of the year while we lived in the area. We would use them again if we move back.

Rich is the greatest.  When I moved into my new house, he not only did a super treatment, he got up in the crawl spaces underneath my house (pier & beam) and went into the attics to make sure he knew everything I had going on.  No bug comes near my house or lawn and lives!  I've used Chem Pest for 6 years (with no price increase), and my mom & dad have been using them for at least 15 years.    $92 is amazing for a 3,750 sf house with 3 floors!  Oh, and I never have to remember when I'm due for service.  Darla always calls me and tells me it's time.  They are the greatest.  (And my son just loves Rich!)

They carry out their service quarterly. They show up when they say they would and are flexible in their timings. They spray both the inside and outside of the house. I have been using them for several years now. I have never checked out other pest control companies because I have been satisfied with Chem Pest Services.
