It really didn't look any better and within a few months it was as if he didn't even come out. I don't recommend at all. He was a nice guy, but I was hugely disappointed that the floor didn't look any better.
Description of Work: Buffed and "renewed" kitchen floor.

He contacted me by email to change the time for the estimate, then actually showed up a day early for the estimate. He did realize his mistake and admitted it. We scheduled the service and he came out 10 days later. I wasn't home, but my husband was, and he did a decent job but not as impressive as I'd pictured. The coat was satin and a little duller than desired. I will try someone else next time. He was polite and responsive.
Description of Work: Buffed and resurfaced wood floor in kitchen. The floor looks better but not as good as I'd expected, and now I've seen offers to refinish wooden floors for much less. I will not use him again.

That is why we chose them. The guy came in and buffed the floor and was done in an hour. An hour and a half later the floor could be walked on. The price is exceptionally low. It was incredible and the best value we could have done to our hardwood floors. We were impressed.
Description of Work: The most important thing they do is dustless, odorless, done in one day, hardwood floor buffering.
