Description of Work: We bought a house 3 years ago that has and has had a chronic roof leak for a long time. The prior owners added on a play room and where the original roof and new roof met, there were issues. We were told when we bought the house that they had fixed and it they showed us a reciept. Soon after we realized it was still leaking. We had 3 roofers out who thought they fixed it. It was still leaking. The we had another guy out who said it would cost over $4000 to fix it. LUCKILY WE FOUND LARRY AT BHI who fixed it for mearly a small fraction of what we were quoted by other companies and he fixed it in one day and have a 3 year warranty. Since he fixed it we have had no more issues! He was awesome and even called after the first rain to check on how it was going!!!! I am getting ready to start a remodel and will call him to do this. He is fairly priced and has high quality work.
