You will only deal with the Realtor for a very short time before being passed to an assistant or transaction coordinator that handles the rest of your transaction. That will not happen with me! You will deal directly with me the entire time. I will meet with you to discuss your goals and needs. You will have my cell phone number and I will personally answer all of your questions. Through my many years as a professional, full-time Realtor, I have developed a proven system to guide my clients through the home buying OR home selling process. My system has been refined and tuned to maximize your opportunities and streamline the process for my clients. I take great pride in my past clients being totally satisfied with my services. His service was excellent. He's very friendly and very outgoing; he listens to what your needs are. He takes everything into account when he is looking for examples to show you. He found houses I didn't even know were out there and in areas I hadn't previously looked at. One of the first homes he found was one of the one I selected. He went above and beyond the call of duty; after the sale came through, we had a small issue with the gate to our fence; he helped fix it.
Description of Work: He helped with purchasing a new home.

I have bought and sold quite a new homes. Brian is very good listener, knowledgeable of the area, gave us plenty of options and has good references as well. I will definitely use him again in the future.
