We are delighted with the work and so are our neighbors who came to see the beautifully restored floors.
We had hired Bizillion floors when we first moved into our home. It was a major task to clean the ceramic tile. The company also cleaned and polished the travertine. But the professional staff and the owners professionalism of detail they accomplished almost the impossible.
Knowing I would need more extensive cleaning and polishing of all the marble in the master suite bathroom I hired Bizillion again. Once again the professional staff and the owners professionalism of detail went beyond my expectations.
When I entered the bathroom it was a transformation.
Anytime you want to live in an ambience which gives you calmness and a real satisfaction your house has become a real home.
Would recommend the company to anyone who appreciates excellent workmanship and professional staff.
As I continue to keep my home in optimal condition I will be hiring the company again and again.
Being new to Dallas I have depended on Angie's list to direct me to their list of businesses. Will being picking up the telephone to call David and his team again.
The marble in my master bath was dull and water spotted. Black marble is extremely hard to polish and care for. David and his crew arrived promptly and started to work. This process took them two full days. They cleaned up and vacuumed at the end of each day.
David explains in detail what he is going to do and the science behind what he says. He has researched and studied the art of restoration. His attention to detail and perfection is like no one I have ever had in my home.
My bath looks as close to new as it can get. My white grout lines had yellowed and looked dirty. After polishing and cleaning the floor, they applied a platinum color epoxy on every grout line in my bathroom. This has made a huge difference. The floors and shower look fabulous.
One area on the black vanity didn't look quite perfect so David returned and spent the entire day polishing until he was satisfied. He will be back in a few months to restore the slate on our patio.
I recommend David and Bizallion floors with no hesitation.
We wanted David to reseal the outside Saltillo tiles with an oil based sealer. We had hired another company to strip and reseal the outside tiles, however, we didn't feel comfortable with the sample of sealer he was going to apply, so we stopped at that point and hired David. David came in and did a great job sealing it with an oil based sealer that could withstand the outside elements. The color now is rich and is holding up well. David left us an extra can of sealer to reapply when necessary.
Then we moved to the inside. David and his crew did their best to strip all the thick polyurethane off the Saltillo tiles. The polyurethane was so thick that the stripping caused some damage (pitting) to some of tiles. There were a few places where the polyurethane wouldn't come off.
David resealed the Saltillo with the proper sealer for the inside. We do like the sealer David used. It brought out a rich color and now it is evenly applied on the tiles. We are disappointed that the Saltillo was pitted and some polyurethane would not come off, so the final product wasn't as smooth as we would have liked.
The outside tile turned out better than the inside, which had been stripped by another company. The problem with Saltillo is you don't really know what it is going to look like until the sealer goes on.
Everything looks greats, high ended. Really happy the service.
All of this at really good pricing. All questions were answered thorough and satisfactory.
