It's a shop close to us and we took our car there. We didn't know what was making the noise and they evaluated it. They found out the problem, replaced the part, and fixed the problem. The price was fine. I have no complaints. They were good. They had the car for about a day at the most, were able to analyze the problem, and found the solution, so it was what I would expect from a reputable business.

I have always received great customer service and rock bottom prices at Bills. I wish they were open on the weekends as pick up and drop off is difficult if you have a normal 9-5 job.
If you do not want to fork out a ton of money on your car they are great about telling you what you need to do in order to stay on the road and you can take care of the other stuff next time instead of trying to get revenue by making everything seem like an emergency.

She said she would get the mechanic so that I could explain what I thought was wrong. She went into the shop and came back into the office. She said he was right in the middle of something and that he would be out in a few minutes. I stood there waiting for at least thirty minutes. Finally she went back into the shop to see when he was coming out. This time he came right out. He apologized for taking so long. He said he thought I was simply dropping my car off for him to check over. He went with me for a lengthy test drive. Eventually I was able to induce to car to exhibit the problem behavior. He said he thought he knew what it was and asked if I could leave it with him. I did. They called and said one of the spark plug wires needed replacing. I picked up the car and installed high quality spark plug wires myself. The car still did not run any better. I took it to the dealership. The dealership said that one of the spark plugs had a zero gap. It ran well.

I called the office on Wednesday night and made them aware that I was bringing the car in Thursday morning to drop it off. They confirmed that the car would be done on Thursday. I took the car in and it is still not done. When I spoke with a gentleman there, he said that they had a repair that took longer than expected and put them behind, but they would for sure have it done by Friday during the day. They called this morning (Friday) and verified the water pump was the issue, that they would have it done later this afternoon. I checked at 3:00, 4:00, and just now at 5:00 PM and it is still not done. The woman I spoke with says theyll work as fast as they can, that they have about 15 cars they are working on. Even if this turns out well (as far as the repair is concerned) I probably wont return in the future.

I WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER SHOP THAT MY MOTOR HOME NEEDED A $2200 ENGINE REBUILD BECAUSE OF A BURNT VALVE. I TOOK IT TO HALF PRICE AUTO REPAIR FOR A SECOND OPINION AND WAS TOLD THE ENGINE WAS GOOD, IT JUST NEEDED A NEW CARBURETOR. HE PUT THE NEW CARBURETOR ON AND DID A FEW OTHER THINGS TO MAKE IT RUN BETTER THAN IT EVER HAD FOR 1/3 THE PRICE OF THE ENGINE REBUILD, WHICH WOULDNT HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM SINCE IT WAS THE CARBURETOR, NOT A BURNT VALVE, ETC. THIS SHOP WAS HONEST, INEXPENSIVE, AND ILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
