I can only sing praises about Beverly Beasley.  She came to us on a recommendation from a co-worker.  And I should note, I have very high standards and she exceeded every single one of them.  
We called Beverly on a Thursday, and she was able to quickly clear her calendar to show us houses all day Friday and Saturday.  I had a list going, so I provided that to her, and she got a better idea of what we were looking for.  From there, she provided some really great suggestions that same day.  Each day we went looking for homes, she had strategically planned a packed and productive day.  She weaves in homes that you pick, with homes that she's found.  And she'll always get you into any/all houses you want to see, instead of avoiding certain Realtors or areas based on a personal bias (something I've seen with a past Realtor).  I believe we saw 10 houses the first day (half day), and 15 - 20 the second day (and found our home).  It was awesome!  She means business, and will teach you all you want to know about the home buying process, or move mach speed with a seasoned home buyer.  Also, as you drive with her, you'll see other homes for sale.  On the fly, she'll call and dig for status and a schedule a quick showing if you are in the area.  Additionally, she refers your business to a co-worker in advance of a planned or unforeseen out of the office, so you don't miss out on any home opportunities.  Although, she was never out of the office when we worked with her.  
Our lender had a giant hiccup, and Beverly navigated it like the pro that she is. She helped us find another lender and we breezed right to closing.  Our situation wasn't easy, but Beverly always had a trick up her sleeve to get us through every hurdle, or mitigate any risk.  It helps that she has such an extensive resume and long standing, reputable real estate experience.  We thoroughly trust her and when she offered her reassurance or guidance, she was always spot on.  
Beverly is incredibly busy, but she always managed to still make time for us anytime we needed her.  She always made us feel like we were the most important thing she had going, even after we closed on the house.  We purchased our home in late December 2014, and since have referred friends to her, both just as happy as we were, and they've already submitted offers.  
Through the process, you'll buy or sell a home, but you'll also find a trusted advisor and a friend.  What a diamond in the rough she is!  She'll go above and beyond for you too.  Stop searching for a Realtor and trust me on this.  BEVERLY IS ABOVE THE REST!
