The Becker Roofing team was punctual. They explained their inspection process and proceeded to inspect the roof and exteriors thoroughly. During the inspection, they discovered and cleaned various debris found on the roof such as nails spread throughout that were not picked up after the installation by another company. The Becker team found a loose nail on fashing and it was corrected during our inspection. The Becker team also found an extractor fan pipe in the attic that was not connected which we re-connected during the inspection. These issues were identified and fixed during the inspection to prevent further damage down the road. I was very impressed at how thorough and methodical the Becker team conducted business with me. It gave me a peace of mind.

Stay away from this company. They tried to defraud my insurance company and me. They will tell you whatever they think you need to hear to get you to sign a contract. Then they will take for whatever they can get from you and then some. Pete the sales manager lies about services in an attempt to defraud insurance and never delivers anything promised to the customer. Stay far away you have been warned!
