ANN GIBSON INSURANCE

I’ve had the insurance about 3 years. I got it for AARP because it had a little bit of a discount insurance and Hartford is a well-known company. That is how I chose this company. I went through the paper work they sent me and found multiple errors in the forms. I had them insurance my house, a car policy and multiple other policies with them. I’m very disappointed in the way my Hartford insurance has been handled through this company. I tried to set up an appointment to go in and give a review on my experience and my policies.  They called me back but never left a message on my landline phone, they never even called my cell phone. They could have even emailed me but, they never did. They are not professional. I called Hartford and they agreed with me that I was not getting the service I needed. Hartford suggested I find a new insurance company. I would use them again in the future if there was a great improvement in the future.
